- This is a video guide on how to make or join a guild in Sea of Thieves. You can join up to 3 guilds and use or pledge guild ships to increase your guild reputation and use the guild emissary to unlock new rewards for your guild. This is the new season 10 update for the game.

It tells me I have no ships to pledge. do I have to buy a ship with coins in the my ships section to pledge one?
Yep you need to have a captained ship!
Great summary I can't wait to start my guild now and pick a theme too. I think it's a great feature as you meet so many nice pirates out on the seas you may never see again!

Its the athena's fortune Magpie ship set and its from doing the monthly emissary ledger. Takes a couple months
Interesting I am familiar with one piece but I haven't read the mange or watch the anime at all but I do know it's a pirate anime and a popular at that

You get invited through xbox social, but apparently there's an emote people ingame can use

In SoT settings
If you’re going to rename a guild, you’ll have to purchase a renaming deed. Kind of like how you rename your ships. I believe it costs $5.
It seems they didn't make it as simple as doing a easy rebrand
Can i edit and save ship customization after i have pledged it or do i need to get it how i want it prior to pledging?

Emisarry Ledger doesn't load for 2 Days... Basically idk what rep I am in my guild so idk how to raise the flag.
You can see the guild rep on the guild info screen, it goes up very slowly as you sell loot
Is anyone having issues changing your title,banner,logbook. I have legendary titles with he ship but I can't equip them

How do I get multiple guild ships on the same server
Get in a voice call with your buddys, VPN to the same region of a country. Click the set sail screen button at the same time and hope it works. Solid way to play with buddys when you have 5 or more players.

I tried for like a half an hour looking for ways to do it but was unsuccessful, I’m not sure if you can unless the method went right over my head

@@bugboyjax if it’s not I’m gonna be really annoyed. In the little video that was released you could see a bunch of galleons sailing together.

@@ConCon I got the guild to work but I did not have to confirm at the end I just had to exit back out and then go back in and make a ship and there was my guild for some reason it was not letting me confirm at the end I guess for some reason it already register that I made the guild without having to confirm I don’t know what happened there maybe something changed I don’t know I am a new player and I don’t really know at least my guild got made i’m almost level two guild less than two or three days I have a couple friends I’m working with with it on and maybe a couple more from time to time

You need to be a pirate legend yes, athena level does not matter at all.
I'd love to join. I also created a guild, but trying to find out how do you invite a player in game to join your guild? I was invited in game by a random player over the microphone, I accepted, he approached me, and held up a "guild invitation letter." I clicked accept or yes and instantly became a member. As a new Guild leader, how can I do this? Can't find this option in the equipment wheel or menu option.
Someone below mentioned an emote... ahh ok. Rare does such a poor job of explaining / demonstrating how to play their own game!
I had no idea how to do that as well tbh, they never mentioned it at release
@@ConCon Confirmed. Open the emote menu. If you created a guild or you belong in a guild with the ability to invite others to join, there will be an option for "guild emotes" and then an invite emote. Your pirate opens a scroll and another pirate will be presented with the ability to look at it and accept the guild invitation.

You can only use one ship from the guild and add guild crew onto it
yes I know, but we Are like 5-6 ppl whos wanting to play together like a crew with a galleon and a sloop, or brig and sloop..

@@Deltastink I havnt. My friend told me it should be just the y button (next to the x for more button) when you hold down the d pad to get to your emotes. Like it's a built in button as long as u have a guild. And I do yet it's not there. So idk
