In this video we finish some last things on our project diy recycle sand bar project skiff boat! We do some last additions structurally, we paint the skiff boat , recycle as many pieces as possible and of course build some fun simple wood nick nacks to comple this diy skiff boat project!
pretty awesome, who wouldn't visit the coco loco on a sandbar?
Thanks so much! Glad you liked the build and right?!…. It’s seriously such a great thing she’s got going out there. 😎
Great business model! I bet Chelsea kills it out there without any stores close by.
Thanks, Forest!
You’re very welcome Bradley and thank YOU! I’m glad you liked the video and yes, I couldn’t agree more, it’s a really cool model she’s got going and I’m wishing her the best with it. She’s got the whole community behind her which is awesome! Cheers!
This is such a cool build and video. Love it
I’m really glad you liked it! I’m trying to add a little more to these vids , some more detail than usual. Sometimes it’s easy. And sometimes I end up with no footage yet it still takes me 1,528,809 hrs to edit a 15 min video. 😂😂
Excellent work. What an extraordinary fantastic build. ❤ well done.
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the build and video! Cheers!
The lady-operator(s) is lovely indeed, but I was really drooling over the finished boat above all, as ashamed as I may be to admit it. Couldn't help but think of what it will have been - how much lighter and more "flexibly-resilient" (aka light&tough) the vessel will have turned out if, instead of wood, you had utilized all glass-laminated core/composite boards - like coosa and d'cell all over - even for the connections to the main hull. Guess that would have been cost prohibitive, but I still love the result and how actually useful it was with a mere 4hp!
New to the channel.... currently binge your videos... great energy, good content.
Great job. Good luck to Chelsea!
Perfect...
🙌🏼 agreed!
Super cool you do faux teak! No wood, no worries! 😂
Haha, thank you! Yeah it was an old skill from my airbrushing days way back when. Still fun to dabble in here and there! Cheers!
Wow! Amazingly done! Love the channel. New subscriber here. Many blessings my brother.
Nice !
Thank you always Michael for your suppprt! Cheers!
That’s awesome, great idea, good luck for the business. Beautiful sand bar too, I’m in Jax, our sandbars are a little less tropical and the water is never that clear. That painted teak look is also pretty cool.
Thank you so much. And yes agreed, it’s a great business she has going and I think she’ll continue to do well with it. She puts in the work. Heck, she was right there building the skiff along side 💪🏼. Glad you liked the faux teak, it’s fun no doubt ! Maybe I’ll include some in a future build!
Nice little skiff, anf a fun looking summer gig
randomly came across your channel we do a stuart sandbar run every few weeks seen the girls pushing the boat around selling stuff pretty cool to get the backstory behind it
Small world and Right on! Thanks for watching, Glad to have you here and maybe run into you one day! Cheers!
thats awsome you should make a table top that extends up so they don't have to lean over all day
You’re really a master at fiberglass work and painting ! The faux teak you make would look sick on my skiff build might look into it when I’m closer to finish.
Looks like a fun and rewarding business model for Chelsea. Extremely portable model as well. Build “CocoLoco II” take it to Miami, train the new Captain, bank the cabbage!
Love this build. Great job.
Awesome build! Love your videos, keep them coming!! 🚤
I appreciate it!!! And Roger that!!! I’m giving it my best effort!
excelente congratulations next sunday I'm going for a coco
Dude that’s awesome! What a great idea
Awesome job
So awesome. Looks fast and stable. Great build and cool, creative business. Best office view in the world out there on the sand bar!
Sweet build Forest!! Great idea Chelsea!!!
Awesome!!!
Thank you Mike!
Very cool and fun vid. Nice work.
What an awesome build my man! There’s nothing like that anywhere! If Chelsea makes it down here to Miami with cocoa loco she’d make a killing!
The guys at lakeshore marine are awesome! Steve is awesome and goes above and beyond for his clients!
“Ta-heen” 😂🤙
Tajin should pay you a commission. Based on your reaction, I just ordered Tajin. Looking forward to trying it on pineapple.
Yoooo Forest!!! I’m a little late on this one but love it. Looks like it will serve Chelsea well. So creative and fun. Nice to see some of your high end work with the faux teak also!
That’s really cool!!
Super cool little build! I love the way you repurpose things and now I definitely gotta try some pineapple with tajin
Amazing! Your channel is gonna explode soon
👍🏼
Cheers! 😎🙌🏼
I absolutely love it!
Right on!! Thank you! I’m stoked you like it!
Nicely done dude
Awesome
That's awesome, very entertaining as always :)
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it!
Bro! That is so freakin cool man! I love your channel.
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it and you watching/commenting! Cheers!
So cool! I want one!
Right?!?! I’m with you on that, might have to build one for myself!! Cheers!!
Bahamas crossing in it when?😂
😂😂. Crazy thing is I’d 100% do it because believe it or not this skiff is 100% seaworthy and capable / incredibly solid. Now if I can just convince Chelsea to let me “borrow” it for a weekend! lol. Cheers!
Haha…he’ll do it!
But then she would miss the weekend business!
So Rad!
Thank you buddy! I dig it also!
What type of permit do you need
For that type of business?
That’s such a great hustle .
Aloha from Hawaii 🤙🏽
OMG! I love! Trash to treasure!
Been following your builds for a while, I live in Port St Lucie and build my own boats as well. I usually go out to the cove but will go to Stuart Sandbar time to time as well. Where's the shop at?
Right on Kyle and thanks for the channel support! I actually moved out of the shop that was in this video. I work between a couple random locations but all are at friends places. ( I’m lucky to have a couple kickass buddies that have the same boat afflictions 😂). I’ll be actually sharing a video in the near future where I explain the whole logistics and friendships in detail. Keep an eye out!
@@diywaterworld Sounds good! And no problem.
How do you register it with the state with it being made recycled parts
Where do you do all these builds? Do you rent a spot or something
🌴 🌺. Just frick’n amazing ! Kelsey did some great work on it , you two did a great job on this one , one of those gas powered margarita mixers might be a good add on to make slushy’s ? 🤔 pre made pinta- colada , or margarita’s virgin of course 👈🏼 ( ya right !) 😆👍🏼 🤔hummm a towable bottle gas hotdog & burger BBQ Humm a food license? 🤔 🔥🌭🍔. 🍍🥥🍌⛅️😁. 👙👍🏼.
Hahaha. I love the way you think always Dave! 😎🙌🏼. I’ve actually been wanting to build one of those outboard mixer/blenders for a while … hmmmmm. 😜. Might be time to do it! Thank you for sharing always bud!
Hey do you do custom work for people @diy waterworld
Do you ever do work for other people
Hi there, yes, but not often. Depends on a lot of factors. Feel free to email me @ diywaterworld@gmail.com if you’d like to share an idea/proposal.
I liked the video but this is only tourism
Glad you liked it! But Tourism? It was more a video trying to share the whole story and include the folks that made such a great project come to fruition! Without their support I would not be making nearly as many videos / cool projects! Cheers and glad to have you here!
@@diywaterworld Glad you make the local economy work. I shouldn't have said "but".
I use to travel around and there's many ways to spend time in a place.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
