Great vid. I always use cockpit cam view and love it. And I agree with previous responses that all eSports drivers should be forced to use cockpit cam view, as T-Cam view provides a competitive advantage or unrealistic advantage, if you like.
They all use it so it’s not like they benefit more then the rest of the competition, only way this would ever happen is if they all played using VR, which based on the state of VR in the game I doubt that will work 😂
I know its alot to make videos constantly and edit and you are doin an amazing job but is there any way we can get setup videos quicker im stuck at imola right now with no setup because for the last couple years yours are the only ones i use thanks for everything keep it up
They take a fair bit of testing, especially as they are race setups. I normally run a full distance race for every setup, sometimes more than one if I make further adjustments, and that limits how fast I can produce them. I'm going as speedy as I can mate. :)
Just wait to start carrer 😂 easy, i always wait to start my carrer so i have dry and wet setup, in the meanwhile they release update for game, and i take confidence with cars :)
@@cesarsalazar9470 FOV is the amount of the ingame world you can see, measured in angle; the higher the FOV the more you can see, but the less accurate the viewing experience will be, so to rectify it, especially in Driving Simulators or Games that offer the option to change the FOV, one would want to create a perfect ingame viewing angle that looks 1:1 to how it would look like in real life, as if you were inside of the Cockpit driving the car yourself. Here comes the question: Why would one want to achieve this goal? Because it makes the driving experience much more consistent, as with a accurate viewing angle, you can see the distances and sizes of the ingame world the way they are supposed to be, so for example 1 meter will actually look like 1 meter. At the end of the day all of this is personal preference, but correct FOV viewing angles are known and tested to make the driving experience more enjoyable and consistent! TLDR: FOV = Field of View
As someone that plays in VR, the tragic thing about the game is that the F1 World car has you sitting soooo far forwards compared to the real cars (I'm driving Williams at the moment), so I have to change my camera offsets every time I switch between the game modes. I love it so much though, I'll never play a non-VR F1 game again.
@@Samantha_Saysif you see the part where he shows the cam settings, see the second option, change it to (car name). Then set the first option to enable and you can change it for that car specific
@@RaoulFHB Ah, unfortunately that's not in VR for some reason. The camera settings are limited to the offsets, mirror angle, and toggling the halo column.
High fov only makes sense on a very large monitor / tv. If your screen is under 32 inches, don't go too high with the fov, as you will lose consistency and possibly develop bad driving habits. For the most accurate qnd realistic fov, use a fov calculator!!!
Depends on what u want.. realism or competitive. T-cam is faster and more visibility and even pros using it. Plus cockpit cam only amazing if u have VR or eye tracker imo.

All eSports drivers should be forced to use this cam. T-cam is an assist.

Yup,I'm slower in this cam but it's more fun
Then everyone is crashing
@@CJ-uh8bkyou’re right
They should I been using this cam since f1 23 whole life cycle till now in f1 24 makes u more immersed in the game
To accomodate the lack of visiibility of the mirrors, use the Virtual Mirror and Red Arrows.
Yep exactly this
I enjoy the cockpit cam. Especially with your settings. Kudos
I'm starting to get used to this camera and it makes you feel the race more and gives you excitement while racing.
It's really immersive to drive with the cockpit camera. It's a completely different experience. thanks for that. 😉
I used your cockpit cam setting's from last year. Still great. Havent gone back since
Cockpit cam all the way bro. Ultra realism for me and much better
Thanks mate! Keep it up! 👏
So there is no information such as Map, Positions around the screen.thank yo so much

@SimRacingSetups no rush man your doing a phenomenal job. I appreciate all the time and effort you put in I know it's not easy

amazing my man 💯
Excellent again
Pro Tip: Use a fov calculator!
Sorry for my ignorance, but what is fov?

The only problem is that there's no peripheral vision.
I use TV pod offset. I will try this, though.

Can't you set up different settings for different cars like in non VR?
@@RaoulFHB If you can, I haven't found the option.

Can you do a recommended TV Pod settings?

I’m playing on PS5, every time I attempt to change camera view from cockpit to tv pod it won’t save… It will automatically go back to cockpit

I just don't understand why you would wanna play a race game without cockpit cam. It's the only way to play any race game for me.
