30 Minutes of HELL - Fat Burning Muay Thai Home Workout - Can You Do It? - 90 Day Challenge PART 1

- Hey MMT Crew, I am pleased to share with you my 90 day challange to get fit while increasing your stamina and endurance. This is part 1 of the 3 part series. How you complete the 90 day challenge is you complete part 1 two times a week for 4 weeks, part 2 two times a week for 4 weeks and part 3 for two times a week for 4 weeks. Each week the reps for the exercises will progressively increase, so make sure you check out the full exercise breakdown below!
This is another 30 minute complete workout using body weight exercises, explosive plyometrics, and fight specific movements - NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY!

Killer especially late at night. I tried to do it bare foot but bad foot and ankle won't allow but I just put them shoes on and did it! The 1st time is a bit fast for me but definitely can work up to getting faster.

Hi Hrishikesh, make sure to follow the 90 day challenge with the workout plan. In terms of diet, caloric deficit is the king of weight loss and fat burn, so make sure that your diet is also on point!

1 week passed , but I couldn't even start circuit 2. I am usually dead by the end of circuit one.

I'm working on doing muay thai in a few more months and I wanna be ready and fit, and tbh this is kicking my ass so I hope when I actually do mauy thai, it won't be a challenge (also this is day 2 and I'm dying 😭)
This conditioning circuit is second to none in terms of intensity. If you do 90 days of this conditioning, you’re going to be well prepared for anything that can be thrown at you in a Muay Thai Class.

How long does it take once you get into the 4th week with the max reps? The video only covers the reps from the first week, right?
If you are in decent shape, it would typically take 4 weeks to get to the 4th week

Part 2 is coming out on May 21st. Make sure to do Part 1 for 8 sessions. If you want to do more, try implementing one of the Fuel Your Fight workouts in addition to this.
