Funny you talk about being given crap for being rev dominant and two handed. My numbers are even more worrisome and I still have my thumb in the ball... I am 480 rpm at 16.5 off the hand and about 14 down lane. This means I really struggle to use anything most companies advertise as benchmark... (especially on house shot). Seeing how you throw this ball and what it does, as well as what a couple others have seen themselves, I think this one will be lightning in a bottle for me. Thanks for the great review!
I am thumbless 1 hander since1990 and i had the green pearl synergy and my layout back then was what today would be short pin layout. That was the best ball i ever had! Until it cracked in 2011. I hope when they make the pearl version they make it green!

Is this ball going to look as good when you take some rotation off and play 3rd arrow? 2 hand rev dominant and really trying to find a piece to play straighter with is tough. My current Hustle hybrid kind of fills this roll but its much more responsive off the friction than this Cypher appears.
So is this comparable to, say, the new Optimum Idol? Or is it weaker similar to the Xponent. Sorry about the SPI references, but it's easier to wrap my head around the numbers

Us too. The pearl was incredible.
This might be what the DR ordered. A lot of surface/mechanical grip but won't over react in the front!

@@dillon_r_hansen you should be good. You're getting the higher RG similar to the hustle, but as smoother cover.

It's a little in-between. The rg of this ball makes it different
Core looked like the Critical Mass Code Red..... Way before synergy.
Similar, but not quite the same. This is closer to the Synergy.
