അടിപൊളി ഇത് ഞാനും ഇതു പോലെ തന്നെയാണ് ചെയ്യാറ് പക്ഷേ tomoto yum കൂടെയുള്ള മറ്റ് ഇൻഗ്രീഡിയൻസ് um പുഴുങ്ങുന്നതിനുപകരം ചിക്കൻ പൊരിച്ച ബട്ടറിൽ വഴറ്റിയെടുക്കും.. എന്നിട്ട് grind cheyyum...അപ്പോഴും അടിപൊളി ടേസ്റ്റാണ് ബാക്കിയെല്ലാം സെയിം ഏതായാലും നല്ല അടിപൊളി ബട്ടൂര, പൊറോട്ട,ചപ്പാത്തി, ghee rice എന്തിൻ്റെ കൂടെയും പോവും...sooooo yummmmy. 😋😋😋

ഞാൻ ബട്ടർ ചിക്കൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കാറുണ്ട്. ചിക്കനിൽ തൈര് ചേർക്കാറില്ല. പഞ്ചസാര ചേർക്കാറില്ല. Taste നൊന്നും ഇത് വരെ കുറവുള്ളതായി തോന്നിയിട്ടില്ല. പിന്നെ തക്കാളി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള Vegetables ഒന്നും വെള്ളത്തിൽ വേവിക്കാറുമില്ല. നമ്മുടെ കണ്ണൂർ sp lബട്ടർ ചിക്കൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ .ബട്ടറിൽ അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പും ചെറിയ ജീരകവും വഴറ്റിയതിന് ശേഷം ഉള്ളി; തക്കാളി, ഇഞ്ചി, വെളുത്തുള്ളി, പച്ചമുളക് എന്നിവ ചെറുതായി വഴറ്റി മിക്സിയിൽ അടിച്ചെടുത്ത് കുക്ക് ചെയ്ത വെച്ച ചിക്കനിലേക്ക് ഒഴിച്ച് തിളക്കുന്ന സമയം ഓഫ് ചെയ്തFresh creamഉം വലിയ കഷണം ബട്ടറും ചേർത്ത് കസൂരി മേത്തയും ഇട്ട് മൂടിവെക്കാറാണ് ചെയ്യാറ്
