Elam deserves a fair chance. They refused to play the guy last year. My feelings now are that he has improved as a man and has matured to a level of a starter. Some players take more time. There are a couple dbs the Bills got that I'm interested in, Hardy, and Lovely. These guys are very speedy. If they can cover, the future will be bright for them.
I think Elam is more of a game time baller. I think his instincts don’t line up to practice but coke game time he’s locked in on another level. But I’m now GM and never seen him practice so I could be all wrong 😅

My biggest concern is the offensive line jelling. We have two great running backs. If use them more it's going to help Josh stay healthy

With elam i think it was his hands that kept him off the field. He is always holding and grabbing thats a easy flag to throw.
And it’s because his footwork is out of control leading to him grabbing to recover.

I don’t think Kaiir has to be a starter to be valuable. Elam getting on the field at times, and being solid depth aka CB3 at other times is cool.
