I applied 2 years ago for my husband is Nigeria and he has been documented qualified since Feb. 2021, how please can you tell me when you became documented qualified so I can get an idea of where the case may be?
@@tollymiller1144 i was documentary qualified December 16 2020 i know people on my group who were documentary qualified January and February 2021 so his very close and the dates are moving fine now

this is very informative!!! we are in the beginning stages of filing the spousal visa and I explained to my husband that there is a form where he needs to list his social media accounts; this will help me explain it better to him!

So while protecting yourself against immigration invading your privacy, would it be considered a red flag if your spouse is secretive with his phone, does not even mention you on his social media accounts or identity as married, and doesn’t even accept his new wife as a friend once she realizes he has these accounts.

Hi my questions are both my Facebook and Instagram are private it means you cannot see my posts unless we are friends or connected and i dont use my real name my Facebook i used a Japanese characters my Instagram only alias or nick name. Do i need to set both in public for them to see my posts or my activities? And do i need to put my real name ? I think its too much privacy encroachment

@@bmonique5187 they will try and use fake accounts to get you to allow them to follow you and be able to see your posts, they don't need to see your posts, it's up to you fully on how you wanna go about this, you can make it public or not, no difference

My father filed for me as son above 18 years old, along the line I was rejected based on the fact that my father only opted to do a dna test to prove as my biological father. But due to corona virus outbreak the embassy could not sent me an appointment for dna test. So the officer denied my case without allowing a dna test to be done. My father did filed an appeal to the board of immigration which took about a year. Just last February United States embassy in United Arab Emirates called me for a dna test which I did and the skit was sent back to USA accredited laboratory. Please my question is now appeal was sent to another department and my dna result was finally conducted after my my petition was denied by uscis officer, will this dna result be sent to the board of immigration?.please I need a clarification on this.

How about if we share accounts, I mean I have no social accounts buuut I took over my husbands because he did not have signal at Mexico. So I post funny stuff and here and there I put in my opinion about certain topics. Would it fall on him regardless?

I sent nvc an enquiry mail and they replied that they have sent my case to Nigerian embassy. But I didn't receive a welcome letter, no number nothing.
