My doctor here in USA prescribed Clarithromycin, Amoxicillin,. Metronidazole, and Omperazole acid reducer. I will be going back for a stool test to see if Pylori is eradicated. ** Update** I went back for stool test and I am free of H-pylori.

In this case, I' ve got a few remarks: What I see as concern in lowering stomach acid: 1. It causes incomplete digestion. Thus, there will be malnutrition - as trace minerals, ( fat soluable) vitamins and nutrition in general can' t be digested and absorbed properly and completely. Only half way digested nutrition particles cause bloating, mould and toxins in the gut. Thus the microbiome changes, not friendly bacteria get overwhelming and the gut lining is finally damaged through the resulting toxins. Enzymes cannot be buildt as usual. The undigested particles pass the gut wall and reach the bloodstream. The patient ends up with inflammation, food allergies and more possible side effects like autoimmune reactions. 2. Low stomach acid can cause gerd or acid reflux. The sphincter doesn' t close well any more, because it usually is kept close because of the difference in Ph between oesophagus and stomach. In case, this difference is not big enough, it doesn' t close properly. So I never would go for reducing stomach acid.

Same! It feels like the antibiotics have only made my pain worse. I'm unable to tolerate most foods. Before the triple therapy I was doing better than after. I have done the test and the test has shown that there is gastric erosion present in the stomach. The doctor has once again prescribed antibiotics regimen with PPIs. But this time the doctor has prescribed amoxacillin 1mg, levofloxacillin 250 g, pentoprazole 40 mg twice a day, zeroflux (containing Sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate thrice a day and amitriptyline 25 mg a day. Doctor prescribed the antibiotic regimen for 14 days once more. During the 14 days antibiotic regimen, I was feeling better, the burning sensation was gone. But after completion of 15 days doses of antibiotic, the burning sensation embrace me once again after only 5 days of completion of doses. Then, once again consulted the doctor and this time, the doctor prescribed pantoprazole 40 mg twice, with sucralfate 1000 mg 4 times a day for 8 weeks. I have already completed 4 weeks and feeling a lot better. My hunger is back once again, pain is gone but don't know whether this recovery is temporary or permanent. Hoping to complete the dose of sucralfate.
Super informative. I tested positive for H Pylori. My GI Dr. Put me on OBMT meds. Today is day 1 on OBMT. All I can say the taste in my mouth is nasty. It taste like metal. And the nausea comes and goes. Hopefully within 14 days I’ll feel much better.

Hello, just one question, can I take levofloxacin and amoxicilin together?? My doctor prescribed that, plus omeprazol and bismuth, but I dont know if he made a mistake with the hrs, it says to take amoxicilin and levofloxacin at 2pm... levofloxacin once a day, and amoxicilin every 8hrs

I had this a couple of years ago. And it came back. The worst is that It gives me bad breath too… it has this distinct smell of urea and ammonia… It makes sense because bacteria releases toxins and wasteproducts that blends with gastric juices 😑
i just got diagnose with H. pylory... they gave me: 500mg amoxicillin (twice a day) + 500 mg clarithomycin (twice a day) + 40 mg pantoprazole (twice a day)... but only 10 days.... not 14 days... is that still ok?
My husband lived in Pakistan and contracted a parasite. He has been in pain ever since, some 50 years. Was just diagnosed with H. Pylori. The treating physician prescribed antibiotics for only 7 days and said no need to recheck. He double overs in pain. Asked how to elevate the pain. She wasn't interested in it. Years ago studies were done to discover the vector. Oddly a relatively high % of people within a family can have different strains. The assumption being we get it through the air. I suspect babies can get HP before their stomachs start produce HCl but when their stomach acid develops, their HP is eradicated.

Yes but it's the least effective method. It will only tell that you have had the infection at one point. It isn't dependable for determining if it's an active infection. For that you want a breath or stool test. The best way is endoscopy in my humble opinion. That's how they found my h pylori infection. Before I knew what I had I managed to infect my girl as well. She did the breath test both times. Once to determine active infection and again after the treatment to makes sure the test came back negative for active infection.
I had abdominal pains before triple antibiotic treatment, during treatment, they went away for some time and returned after treatment and have been persistent every day and night.

Ask the doc to do the h.pylori test. My first endoscope they found pangastritis only. But I did it recently again after vomiting and I kept losing weight despite how much I eat. My doc found h.pylori n I’m on medication now. My doc said I should have check it way earlier so I prob won’t keep losing weight. It’s important to check for h.pylori. It causes tonnes of issues. I have some erosive in my duodenal so I believe it’s treatable just like ulcers.
I'm taking the amoxicillin+clarythromycin+lansoprazole treatment. 2 days left of the 14 days. After that I will get the antibody test done again and thinking about an endoscopy too just to be sure.
@@maherakashif3422 30mg Lansopraxole, 1000mg Amoxicillin(2 tablets of 500mg), 500mg Clarythromycin. Twice a day. Thats 8 capsules and tablets everyday. I didn’t encounter any severe side-effects. The first 3/4 days I had very mild loose motions which is common with any high dose antibiotics because they kill all sorts of bacterias but it should go away within a few days and your body becomes normal.

Yes that also leads to anxiety and panic attacks. Gonna try the herbal way. The antibiotics really did a bad number on me. Wasn’t able to finish. If this doesn’t help I’ll have to return to the meds

But from what i know, theoretically, it must be a good tactic. 2 friends of mine made it . No water fasting. They did the oregano oil with proper diet. Took them 2 months. I was given the OCLAM treatment by my doctor. She told me it really depenss on which PPI you're taking. If it's omeprazole, then antibiotics should be taken an hour before meal along with omez. You should have honestly asked your doctor. They know best which condition you hve
I started with a burning sensation on the left side of my stomach only, I went to the doctor and they did a urine test and it came back positive. ( your video didn’t display the test can be done with a urine lab). He Put me on the first dosage of antibiotics and it made my stomach burn more, as expected. I retested twice over several months and I’m still experiencing the same burning issues, nothing improved maybe got worse Becuase i wasn’t able to tolerate things at all and before I was. ( I think the antibiotics screwed things up for me. I tested negative by a stool sample and later a breathe test. I still have symptoms and I’m 3 years in.
I am in a similar situation. I know that burning sensation you mention. I am about 4 year dealing with this. After first being misdiagnosed I was eventually diagnosed with H Pylori. Years later, three endoscopy and three sets of strong antibiotics and it still have not got rid of this. I am about to have another stool test and endoscopy etc I feel like I am on a merry go around with this thing. I hope it will end soon.

I had acid reflux and digestive issues when i was 20. After that i started having anxiety and panic attacks. My doctor did an endoscopy and said i just have gastritis. He gave me medicine such as ppi and mood elevating medicine for one long year. The duration i was taking the medicine i was ok but still anxiety kicks in sometimes. Then when i turned 24 i again started having bad anxiety and panic attacks with acid reflux. Then i went to another Gaestro doctor and he again did an endoscopy and agin gave me ppi with levosulpride. Again same thing started happening that while on medicines i was absolutely fine and levosulpride being a antipsychotic drug it kept my anxiety under control. Now after 4 years of consuming ppi with levosulpride some one said that you should leave it as it may cause side effects. So i suddenly stopped it and I became even worse than day one. I started feeling anxiety and panic attacks even worse. And my acid reflux was not going away. And i had to see another doctor in Paras hospital which was recommended by many so i went to see him and after i made my first statement to the doctor that i have anxiety and acidity he straight away suggested a endoscopy and H pylori test. After the endoscopy he said the H pylori is positive in me and hence now i am on antibiotics to treat that. I hope it gets well after I complete my antibiotics.
@@wanisartajabdullah1993 Got to know that my acid reflux was because of anxiety so i am treating my anxiety with 5mg escitalopram once daily and since i started taking the escitalopram from then i am feeling better and i am able to skip my antacid.
I don’t think a history of amoxicillin is relevant,,but please double check with a physician who treats H. pylori. Disclaimer: I am not a physician. I just teach!

I get a low grade fever. My stomach gets warm. Those are my only symptoms. I took antibiotics for two weeks and then doctors won’t give me anything else. Saw my doctor she only gave me Pepcid 20mg which helps with my bloating problem. She said focus on a good diet. Tf. It’s definitely better now than the first five weeks.

Some test negative a few weeks later. In the meantime exercising, vitamins and lots of water helps. Your stomach may hurt a bit but it gets used to the stretches and the pain tends to go away. Everyone’s symptoms is different. I used to feel hot and had a low grade fever. My stomach felt warm. I had a bit of nausea.

I have gone through H. Pylori treatment recently with Omeprazole, Amoxicillin and Clarithromycine for 14 days. 12 days has past since the completion of the dose but yet feeling pain in the stomach and unwell. Thinking about consulting the doctor very soon.
Same! It feels like the antibiotics have only made my pain worse. I'm unable to tolerate most foods. Before the triple therapy I was doing better than after. Its been almost 2 months after this triple therapy. I'm afraid to go back and get prescribed more antibiotics as they could worsen the situation even more. Please let me know how you are doing! We seem to be in a similar situation
@@1xxLgirL1 I have consulted the doctor once again and the doctor suggested me to take endoscopy test. I have done the test and the test has shown that there is gastric erosion present in the stomach.
The doctor has once again prescribed antibiotics regimen with PPIs. But this time the doctor has prescribed amoxacillin 1mg, levofloxacillin 250 g, pentoprazole 40 mg twice a day, zeroflux (containing Sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate thrice a day and amitriptyline 25 mg a day. Doctor prescribed the antibiotic regimen for 14 days once more. During the 14 days antibiotic regimen, I was feeling better, the burning sensation was gone. But after completion of 15 days doses of antibiotic, the burning sensation embrace me once again after only 5 days of completion of doses.
Then, once again consulted the doctor and this time, the doctor prescribed pantoprazole 40 mg twice, with sucralfate 1000 mg 4 times a day for 8 weeks. I have already completed 4 weeks and feeling a lot better. My hunger is back once again, pain is gone but don't know whether this recovery is temporary or permanent. Hoping to complete the dose of sucralfate.

Super informative. I tested positive for H Pylori. My GI Dr. Put me on OBMT meds. Today is day 1 on OBMT. All I can say the taste in my mouth is nasty. It taste like metal. And the nausea comes and goes. Hopefully within 14 days I’ll feel much better.

I drink the same combination it is day 11 I can’t take this anymore it’s a poison. I have all kinds of side affects like chest pain and headache .. don’t know what to do anymore with this.

Hello, just one question, can I take levofloxacin and amoxicilin together?? My doctor prescribed that, plus omeprazol and bismuth, but I dont know if he made a mistake with the hrs, it says to take amoxicilin and levofloxacin at 2pm... levofloxacin once a day, and amoxicilin every 8hrs

My doctor prescribed me a 25 day regimen as I got allergic to one of the tablets from pantocid HP kit (amoxycillin, pantoprazole, clarithromycin).

I just tested positive for H. Pylori, few days ago as we muslims started the month of Ramadan I thought I am having some mere stomach pain. As it increased gradually it made me go crazy. All of a sudden I started to wonder if I have depression some mental illness for I couldn't control my tears and couldn't sleep for more than 40 hrs. @@swatiiyer i had hypothyroidism,fatty liver grade 1,high blood pressure and also h.pylori and since hypothyroidism is an autoimmune disease I think it's because of that i had h.pylori also.This has happened since late september of last year,right now I have already recovered from hypothyroidism(my thyroid is normal now) and my blood pressure is also normal and for the fatty liver I think it's normal since am already eating right and i have taken my workout seriously and i had high blood pressure cause of that too but they are going to check that again.For the h.pylori because of that i have acid reflux/gerd and they gave me antacid,karvijem-k27(calcium carbonate) but i felt that these have helped just a bit and since I have started eating good foods and incorporating cabbage juice before breakfast i felt like these have help me more with the acid reflux/gerd more than the medicines,for the h.pylori they only gave me pantoprazole and am still taking that but right now am still feeling like there's still something stuck in my throat but just a little bit,the burning in the chest i don't feel it like right now and i also don't feel the burning sensation in my stomach as often as before but i still feel like there's something going on,so i want to ask you for your recommendations?

i just got diagnose with H. pylory... they gave me: 500mg amoxicillin (twice a day) + 500 mg clarithomycin (twice a day) + 40 mg pantoprazole (twice a day)... but only 10 days.... not 14 days... is that still ok?

My husband lived in Pakistan and contracted a parasite. He has been in pain ever since, some 50 years. Was just diagnosed with H. Pylori. The treating physician prescribed antibiotics for only 7 days and said no need to recheck. He double overs in pain. Asked how to elevate the pain. She wasn't interested in it. Said the pain should go away when the H. Pylori is gone. Meanwhile it's been 3 years and no relief. My husband absolutely hates taking prescription pain killers even after having shoulder reconstruction. Any suggestions on what he can do? We have had terrible luck with medical providers. Please, anyone have any ideas? I have been watching him suffer for almost 40 years. It has gotten very bad over the last 3 years. He has had both upper and lower GI scopes. He had scopes and they found absolutely nothing. The pain has been daily since 2019. I so very much appreciate your responses. Hard to watch him suffer so much. He doesn't complain and still works every day. He would rather do natural healing as antibiotics make him feel worse.

Years ago studies were done to discover the vector. Oddly a relatively high % of people within a family can have different strains.
The assumption being we get it through the air.
I suspect babies can get HP before their stomachs start produce HCl but when their stomach acid develops, their HP is eradicated.

May partner has been positive to this and also after doing the triple therapy for 7/14 days shes experienced major mental health problems which have given her foggy memory, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts and more, to then had to stop the treatment due to how extreme it got.

Can blood antigen test detect h plyrio?
Yes but it's the least effective method. It will only tell that you have had the infection at one point. It isn't dependable for determining if it's an active infection. For that you want a breath or stool test. The best way is endoscopy in my humble opinion. That's how they found my h pylori infection. Before I knew what I had I managed to infect my girl as well. She did the breath test both times. Once to determine active infection and again after the treatment to makes sure the test came back negative for active infection.

Thank you for this amazing video ..After my endoscopy examination, multiple duodenal erosion was found...However, the doctor did not ask to do h pylori test. Is duodenal erosion and duodenal ulcer are quite same or different ??? Is Duodenal erosion curable??? can I get rid off this .. your answer will be my valuable mental support ..
Ask the doc to do the h.pylori test. My first endoscope they found pangastritis only. But I did it recently again after vomiting and I kept losing weight despite how much I eat. My doc found h.pylori n I’m on medication now. My doc said I should have check it way earlier so I prob won’t keep losing weight. It’s important to check for h.pylori. It causes tonnes of issues. I have some erosive in my duodenal so I believe it’s treatable just like ulcers.

Twice a day. Thats 8 capsules and tablets everyday.
I didn’t encounter any severe side-effects. The first 3/4 days I had very mild loose motions which is common with any high dose antibiotics because they kill all sorts of bacterias but it should go away within a few days and your body becomes normal.

Yes that also leads to anxiety and panic attacks. Gonna try the herbal way. The antibiotics really did a bad number on me. Wasn’t able to finish. If this doesn’t help I’ll have to return to the meds

@@amnvendetta5289 i didn't make it. I was eating the wrong meals almost every weekend. I decided to go with the antibiotics cuz i had no discipline. But from what i know, theoretically, it must be a good tactic. 2 friends of mine made it . No water fasting. They did the oregano oil with proper diet. Took them 2 months. I think the water fasting should help.

I was given the OCLAM treatment by my doctor. She told me it really depenss on which PPI you're taking. If it's omeprazole, then antibiotics should be taken an hour before meal along with omez.

I started with a burning sensation on the left side of my stomach only, I went to the doctor and they did a urine test and it came back positive. ( your video didn’t display the test can be done with a urine lab). He Put me on the first dosage of antibiotics and it made my stomach burn more, as expected. I retested twice over several months and I’m still experiencing the same burning issues, nothing improved maybe got worse Becuase i wasn’t able to tolerate things at all and before I was. ( I think the antibiotics screwed things up for me. I tested negative by a stool sample and later a breathe test. I still have symptoms and I’m 3 years in.

I am in a similar situation. I know that burning sensation you mention. I am about 4 year dealing with this. After first being misdiagnosed I was eventually diagnosed with H Pylori. Years later, three endoscopy and three sets of strong antibiotics and it still have not got rid of this. I am about to have another stool test and endoscopy etc I feel like I am on a merry go around with this thing. I hope it will end soon.

Eat fresh Aloe vera, eat rosemary herb, chew papaya seed fine and eat. Get 3 different antibiotics.
My doctor told me take it for 7 days why?
I had acid reflux and digestive issues when i was 20. After that i started having anxiety and panic attacks. My doctor did an endoscopy and said i just have gastritis. He gave me medicine such as ppi and mood elevating medicine for one long year. The duration i was taking the medicine i was ok but still anxiety kicks in sometimes. Then when i turned 24 i again started having bad anxiety and panic attacks with acid reflux. Then i went to another Gaestro doctor and he again did an endoscopy and agin gave me ppi with levosulpride. Again same thing started happening that while on medicines i was absolutely fine and levosulpride being a antipsychotic drug it kept my anxiety under control.
Now after 4 years of consuming ppi with levosulpride some one said that you should leave it as it may cause side effects. So i suddenly stopped it and I became even worse than day one. I started feeling anxiety and panic attacks even worse. And my acid reflux was not going away.
And i had to see another doctor in Paras hospital which was recommended by many so i went to see him and after i made my first statement to the doctor that i have anxiety and acidity he straight away suggested a endoscopy and H pylori test.
After the endoscopy he said the H pylori is positive in me and hence now i am on antibiotics to treat that.
I hope it gets well after I complete my antibiotics.

@@wanisartajabdullah1993 Got to know that my acid reflux was because of anxiety so i am treating my anxiety with 5mg escitalopram once daily and since i started taking the escitalopram from then i am feeling better and i am able to skip my antacid.
If a patient had amoxicillin in the past for chronic sinus infections, do you recommend the OBMT regimen?
I don’t think a history of amoxicillin is relevant,,but please double check with a physician who treats H. pylori.

Saw my doctor she only gave me Pepcid 20mg which helps with my bloating problem. She said focus on a good diet. Tf. It’s definitely better now than the first five weeks.

@@Football.park1 much better. I bought this 60 capsule meds “H pylori fight” super smart on Amazon. It works. It helps decrease symptoms and go days or weeks without symptoms until it’s gone. I took half a bottle and I’ll soon test myself.

@@Football.park1 antibiotics helped but it doesn’t fight it off. I recommend buying the pills H. Pylori fight 60 capsules on Amazon. It helps reduce symptoms fast. Some test negative a few weeks later. In the meantime exercising, vitamins and lots of water helps. Your stomach may hurt a bit but it gets used to the stretches and the pain tends to go away.
Everyone’s symptoms is different. I used to feel hot and had a low grade fever. My stomach felt warm. I had a bit of nausea.
What if the all the regimes dont work?
