    I am on Blood thinners so I am not supposed to eat a varied amount of vitamin K. If I eat it everyday that is fine but that's hard to eat the same amount everyday. I eat a lot of fruit, but I wish I could eat more greens because they are very good for you. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

    brown rice is cooked different than white rice and wild rice isn't rice wild rice is the best its seeds but brown rice husks contain arsenic so to cook wild rice you always use extra water and wash the rice after and white rice you use the exact amount of water and boild at low hear or heat at low heat actually and as soon as the water starts to boil cover it is for white rice white rice isn't suppose to be boiled u til cooked it needs to be covered with flame off😅

    I don't like that she is trying to say to spend more money on store bought sauces? It's a 10x better option to make your own sauce no matter how much time it takes.
