Erdoğan said, “For 15 years, we have been striving to build a great Turkey, a strong Turkey, and a country that is a source of trust and hope for all its friends, compatriots, co-religionists, oppressed and victims. There is that revolution that the master has been waiting for all his life, we worked and are working to realize it. Regardless of the writhing of giants and the struggle of dwarves, we join our night to day to raise the greatest giant of faith in history. If today we are constantly being attacked from inside and outside, if we are slandered, if our cause and the life we have dedicated to it are meant, the reason is that we do not give up on this struggle. If we sit when 'sit' is said, remain silent when 'hush' is said, give when 'give' is said, and receive when 'take' is said, believe us, we would not encounter any of these attacks, just as it was done in the past. But we did not look at what this or that power said, but only what Allah said, we only looked at what our nation said. As the Turkish nation, we have not yet said our last word to the world. Repeat::: - As the Turkish nation, we have not yet said our last word to the world. - As the Turkish nation, we have not yet said our last word to the world. - As the Turkish nation, we have not yet said our last word to the world.

No matter what value you consider the first established state in history, the first established empire, etc., these guys are a nation spread all over Europe from Central Asia. They established the first Turkish state in 2000 BC and caused the construction of the Great Wall of China, one of the wonders of the world. The Chinese had to build that wall for self-defense. Imagine these guys are still alive and still strong. They survived the previous sneak attack on them. GREAT RESPECT from me to them! I condemn the fascist or racist attacks on the Turks. Turks are a freedom-loving nation. Therefore, they are nomadic. They only kill when their lives are in danger. This is a civilized movement like no other country. It's a fact that emerges when you don't believe in the bullshit of the media and get buried in the history books. The Chinese have made statues of their Turkish ancestors and respect them, even if they killed themselves. In my opinion, if Turkish unity was established instead of NATO, it would be a much more peaceful world in this hemisphere. Although NATO gives arms to the PKK, Turkey is the most loyal member of NATO and the summary of everything is that Turkey never attacked despite the insults and slanders of the Greeks and Armenians against the Turks. There’s a split between the Arabs regarding Turkey’s influence or even history. In Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman, Turks politics are seen a hope for the region and even a leader for the Muslim country, this is why Saudi Arabia with its close allies (UAE and Egypt) sees it as a threat and all 3 countries fund so much propaganda against Turkey

overall it's a decent effort (with a western bias as per usual) , I do have to disagree with the Arabs vs Turks statement though as Most Arabs (individuals) view Turkey favourably , as an Arab myself I could assure you that most people in Arab countries wish Turkey the best and view its success as an inspiration... Most Arab leaders are pretty much appointed by colonial powers the first of which being the leading family in Saudi Arabia so don't assume that people of a country follow their dictators... As for the Ottoman Empire , Only a small but vocal percentage view it as Turks ruling of Arabs , for most of us the Ottoman Empire was Muslim Empire just like the Ummawi and Abbasi Empires, the essence of Islam doesn't allow differentiating between Muslims on the bases of race and ethnicity.... I know this isn't a religious video and I'm not trying to bring up religion but it's a part of the context here so it needs to be said.... Turkey is facing many challenges internally and externally but western powers need to wrap their heads around the fact that Turkey is now standing on its own two feet and will only do whatever is beneficial to Turks.....
As someone from the middle east I'm afraid I have to disagree with you, if anything its a minority that view ottoman empire favourably mostly islamists. In egypt for example the ottoman time is widely viewed as a dark age and Mohamed ali is the founder of modern egypt for modernizing the country and freeing it from ottoman control
@@jacksonblack990 Although your name doesn't sound Arabic or middle eastern but hey I'll take your word for it however , not only are you wrong but even within your disagreement you've sort of answered yourself when you said that Islamists view the Ottoman empire favourably, I disagree that it's just Islamists but EVEN if that was the case my statement still completely stands as Islamists in EVERY honest election have managed to win convincingly and the Egyptian REAL election wasn't too long ago... I'm a middle easterner Arab as well and we probably differ in our political views but you denying the existence of a powerful movement in and outside of egypt doesn't make it vanish nor does it change the facts on the ground.... YOU can pretend that military coups and coups against the constitution are legitimate because they serve your political agenda but they certainly don't represent the people ... it's actually the definition of a coup or else they simply would have taken power by the ballot boxes... it is true that some Arab countries and Egypt is one of them make it a part of their curriculum to bash the Ottoman empire but for you to nonchalantly dismiss the largest faction of Arab countries as just the Islamists is laughable ... it's like saying that everyone in the US loves Trump , the only exception is the democrats, the democrats won the popular vote EVEN when Trump became president meaning that they had the MAJORITY of the votes of US citizens... enough with the tangent... Islamists in the middle east ON THEIR own constitute over %50 of the population which believe it or not makes them a MAJORITY but my guess is that you surround yourself with likeminded people and you just happen to believe that everyone thinks like you do whereas I have data to back up my claim... that's with me still assuming that ONLY Islamists view the Ottoman empire favourably which just isn't the case at all so I do stand corrected , the correct statement should have been that a SUPER majority of Arabs view the Ottoman empire favourably.. now if you wanna argue the amount of media influence your side carries over mine then you'd have a decent argument but in terms of numbers you're just in denial... that's not to say that the Ottmans didn't have their issues especially towards the end of the empire but that's typical of empires... We simply judge the ottomans based on the 600 years of its ruling not just the last fourty.
Turkey will definitely become a regional power (arguably it already is) and a major player in Europe and Asia; their population, size, and resources assure that. They just need to sort out their economy in the short term.
Exactly. Many situations are exaggerated, Turkeys problem is economical. But strongly believe that current investments will eventually result in stronger and more stabelised economy in next decade. Turkeys growing influence and stronger presence on regional and global stage makes the west nervous, so many propagandas are playing around. And I agree that Turkey is already regional power.

Some people still doesn't understand, it is not about or willing be a superpower. First, it is about being not dependaple to other countries. Second of all, being strong, strong enough to think twice before you wanna mess with a country. Being weak as country, you will always if needed be oppressed and in some cases even dominated. Turkey and Israel are the only two modern states in the region and the only functioning democracies. It's easy to criticize Turkey's democratic state, but one should remember that it's surrounded by problematic countries and all of her neighboring countries have fought one kind of a war or another in the last 30 years. Since I get the feeling that you care, the "ğ" in Erdoğan's name is pronounced as a [w]. More generally, it makes more sense to think of "ğ" as silent in (the most common dialects of) Turkish, but sometimes it becomes a [w] or [j] ([j]="y" sound in IPA) because of the surrounding vowels. It's also used to mark long vowels when after a vowel letter or between 2 of the same vowel letter. All this is because it actually represents a sound that disappeared in the most common dialects of Turkish.
@@bvmbvmdestroyer LITERAL silence would be a glottal stop (or technically any unvoiced stop, like [p], [t], or [k], although those are distinguished by the sounds before and after the silence, unlike glottal stops). The Turkish "ğ" is more like a symbol to put between vowels your going to pronounce one after the other without pausing (though that's probably not technically accurate, since there might sometimes be some contriction of the airway by raising the tongue or something to make [w] or [j] sounds for example, but I don't hear Turkish enough to know). This symbol exists in Turkish because, unlike many languages, it didn't allow vowel sounds to exist right next to each other in a word until the old "ğ" sound disappeared, instead inserting [n] inbetween vowels in adjacent morphemes that would otherwise end up adjacent to each other.

This is an excellent and comprehensive analysis. Only angle missing is the success of Turkey's drones in countries where they were deployed. This military power projection adds strategic depth in the global environment. On more point to mention, the danger Turkey faces is another NATO fomented coup which will lead to the weakening of the country and loss of the southern part to form future Kurdistan. In fact, a portion of territory has already been taken from Iraq (given to the Kurds), a portion of Syria also given to the Kurds. A war with Iran will allow a section of Iran to be taken as well and allocated to the Kurds. This is the second Israel in the ME in the making which will replace Turkey as NATO member. This strategy will weaken all impacted countries (Syria, Iran, Iraq, Turkey) while strengthening Israel and NATO. Erdogan is aware of the plot and opposes it. For Turkey, to remain in NATO, two issues need to be resolved to its advantage: the Kurds and the energy sharing in the Mediterranean sea. Otherwise, the second biggest NATO army will defect to Russia/China/Iran camp. That will lead to major geopolitical issues for all players.

Turkey might become strong regional power, but not superpower. The reason why they got powerful in their Ottoman era is because they got control over Constantinople which was one of the biggest trade ports back then. It's the same reason why Byzantine was much wealthier then Rome. Once America got discovered and once Suez canal was made that shorten trip to India, Ottoman Empire started to lose lot of their trade power as the were no longer controlling majority of trades. So I doubt they will be able to become superpower, especially because USA has habit of causing shit and declaring any nation that becomes threat to USA economics and influence as "warmongering, genocidal, tyrannical dictatorial nation that needs democracy".

Do you believe Slavs can continue dominating in Russia ? Do you evaluate the impact of Nagorno Karabakh on Iranian and Russian Turks in the region ? Their high motivation with the success of Azerbaijani Turks. So there are many aspects to be considered here.
Is it weird that i find Turkey's development and aspirations fascinating, although i dislike the fact that Hagia Sophia is no longer a museum? Huge roman boy fan here. Regardless, i also agree that every nation should be allowed to secure its safety, especially if u are bordering much bigger powers(Russia). Owning nuclear weapons should not be viewed as a trend, but as a huge responsibility. It is a power that, if used wrong, could have global consequences for everyone, not just those that use them. But to say "we have nuclear weapons, but nobody else can have any" is really arrogant. Of course, the question should always be "why do you want them, and what would you use them for?" I'd rather use all that budget to space exploration, and clean energy research. But perhaps i see things this way because i see the age of conquests over and done with.
Yes, it is weird, because you're looking at this entire bit with probably the most wee-a-boo lenses I could think of. The aspirations are scary at best and asinine at worst. Turkey is basically sh*tting on what made them a potential superpower so they can relieve their dreams of grandeur to become the Ottoman Empire 2: Electric Boogaloo. Minitories like the Christians aren't allowed to repair or build churches, it denies kurds their heritage and is perfectly fine with supporting terrorists as long as it suits them. So no, your fascination is probably just sickening and shows how uneducated you are.
@@punsmith not denying the fact that i am super uneducated in politics. But i see what they do basically what most big and powerful countries did thus far. Some are still doing it. The fact that you told the negative sides of their political orientation is also interesting. While i somewhat knew some of it, i do not know them intimately, nor do i know all of them. And they were not exactly explored in this video so what u did is call me uneducated based on a video that does not say what u know and what it said was what i actually found interesting. Just like the topic would be 'how to make a chicken soup' on which i would comment that i did mot know such x ingredients can be used for making a soup, yet you tell me how the chicken lived miserably and got killed in a most horrible way possible. No nation rose to power by being benevolent. What, did America's propaganda fool you? That they fight for freedom and justice? Sry, but that's a lie :)). And yet i still admire what they accomplish. Not what they destroy.
you are misinformed, the Hagia Sofia is still a museum, in fact it is now free entry as opposed to previously, only during prayer times it converts to a mosque. Outside of prayer times it is a museum as usual just better...its free entry
@@Simon-mc3sq even in this video it is stated HS is back to being a mosque. Smth i've heard a lot in the past year or so. And lots of comments from locals that were outraged. If Turkey managed to seize Northern Iraq and its oil fields after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, the balance of power could have been a lot different. With Turkey's resourcefulness, imperial heritage, and would be oil wealth there's no telling what could have been. Saudi money with Turkish military strength comes to mind.
@@AR-rg2en it just depends. If an undisciplined nation finds itself with vast oil wealth it could be a curse. Venezuela, Libya, maybe Saudi Arabia could be added to the list as well as far as diversification and productivity is concerned. But then you look at Norway and UAE for example and they did wonders with their oil wealth. My personal opinion is that Turkey could have been even greater if it possessed the oil fields of Northern Iraq. It would be energy independent and would utilize its geographical location to export its fuel to Europe.
@@paulattaboyatreides6414 Of course it would be great if there were "disciplined nations". I don't think it was oil that developed Norway, perhaps boosted. UAE developed the tourism industry for the sole reason of oil running out. Even with that in mind, they haven't developed much local industries, and in the future they will be in trouble. 80% of the revenue comes from oil. Turkey managed to develop their industries naturally in the meantime.
That's true. But on the other hand, don't forget that lack of such resources forced Turkey to become more technologically advanced country compared to Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

Lets go. Wolf vs Bear vs Lion vs Eagle vs Caracal vs Viper. Turkey, Russia, Iran, USA, Saudi Arabia and Israel respectively. Turkey and Russia have literally been like a wolf and a bear. Both are apex predators but the bear will easily take down the wolf in a one on one, while a pack of wolves can possibly send a bear flying. And history amazingly accurately reflects this.
I am from Georgia, and our location is so a curse. We are right between 3 big powers: Iran, Turkey and Russia, each would love to have us under their control. On another hand, Russia due to its interest wouldn't let Turkey or Iran get closer to its borders, but on another hand, Russia has been trying to break Georgia into several parts - see Abkhazia and S. Ossetia, the latter didn't even exist before 20th century, and we had a war in 2008.
Well, influence is one thing, outright occupation with military is another. Last time I checked, it was the Russia that was occupying vast swaths of Georgian territory. As for Iran, they are very involved in Georgia because they are not directly neighbouring to Georgia. They are a lot more involved in Azerbaycan and Armenia. And lastly Turkey is the lifeline of Georgia and most hardline supporter of Georgian territorial integrity. So it is only the Russia is your real problem.
@@molenini well, Russia is our main enemy right now (as a government i mean, not the country with its people and culture), at the same time, Russia imports twice as much as Turkey, so if we make them very angry and they block our produce, we will be affected very badly, and the pain will come on regular people. But if you look at Georgian history, we were occupied by Persia (east Georgia) and Turkey (west Georgia) for a long time, there were many wars, kids taken for slavery and soldiers (anichars), (in Iran you have a whole city populated mainly by Georgians), Georgians were forced to convert to islam, and many died as martyrs for Christ. One Georgian queen was killed in Persia and her leftovers were taken to India (Ketevan the Martyr ) and returned back. We forgive, but we never forget, and we are always prepared because remembering history can save your ass.
I don't think that Turkey could be something more than a key player in the region (which is not something insignificant at all) but not a real superpower. Unfortunately the EU will never accept Turkey. The key european countries want to live happily without thinking what the world would be tomorrow. Accepting Turkey would be an unpopular difficult decision which would bring benefit in the long term for everybody. I am bulgarian and I definitely think that Bulgaria improved a lot after 15 years in EU. I would only imagine what would happen in Turkey with its great potential if it was in the union. The turks are honest and hard-working people and I hope they won't go in the wrong direction.
I agree with you...Turkey already gave up on EU as it took too long and EU doesn't have our best interests, but it remains strong in the Balkans, that's the new plan. We can really get well with Balkan nations nowadays minus Greece but not so much with Western European nations. Turkey formed the Turkic Union, ruling with 200 million people there and alligned themselves closely with Japan and Korea, another 200 million almost. This will be the future plan in Asia against China and also ofc USA and Russia. They can definitely be a superpower through this, in fact Turkey is listed as an E7 and G20 country, so it seems very likely.
@@numdd4717 You "soft power" is not strong enough. It requires much more money. I think that Turkey is overextended in its aims. What is your main goal the Mediterranean or Central Asia? The future plan is Asia as you said sounds nice but you can't just kick out the Russians or stop the Chinese Influence and most importantly chinese money. I don't how you can make a breakthrough in the Mediterranean. Greece is a puppet state of the dominant naval empire, regardless of its name - Britain or USA.
@@boyanbogdanov1854Agree about Greece, they get their own interests so they don't mind being the puppet. Agree also financially it needs to be especially much stronger first. The goal in Asia would probably be to form a strong bond or even a Union with, Turkic countries, Mongolia, Korea and maybe Japan. They're actually already working on it, Korean is being taught now from very early ages in all Turkic countries and Korea is a strong economy and universally loved, Korea seems interested in the Turkic countries as well and put Turkish now in high schools as well, due to historic alliances and ancient connections they like Turks. Japan is more like EU though recently so they might not get them on board at all and Mongolia is fully in Russian influence. Anyway, the goal would be to get an alternative investor in Asia, China is far from being universally liked even with their investments, Russia on the other hand has been weakening. Turkey also continues to try to improve relations and invest more in the Balkans specifically in Europe and even Italy and even with countries in Asia and a lot in Africa as well without any prior connections. I agree very much that it's aims are very hard to reach, but it can't be denied that Turkey has a lot of connections all around the world and especially Eurasia. We should focus on economy first though 😂 kicking certain someone out... Regional or global power doesn't matter after all, it's more that Turkey should try to be the best it can + maintaining peace, but EU doesn't have the best interests for us from what it seems so looking east isn't so bad. In the Mediterranean I think Italy can have good relations with Turkey and so can Spain, they seem interested in it anyway, France does not and Arabic countries are hit or miss as well but there is a lot of Turkish influence there still.

As a American military officer myself would like to tell you that, Turks do NOT even have to use their Air Farce or Navy to defeat Greece, they will with a pinPoint accuracy will blow up every Greek military base, and shoot down every flying threat's coming at them from the ground. Obviously you have no idea of Turkish Military but we Americans do, that is why we kind of give support to Greece trying to avoid the conflict ,if fighting starts ? I assure you, no one in Nato will back Greece against Turks , Greece have no economic especially Geopolitical or most importantly Military benefit for the Nato. unlike Turkish location and 1 million Plus army, can raise to 17 million in reserves. Greek population is 11 million and aging . more old people in Greece than young , Turkish population 19 to 35 are 68% , but yes, we will protect Grrece from total destruction ,but the mean time, Greece will take substantial military losses. and equipment losses, don't forget, Turks are second largest force in Nato, and they are very strong ally with Pakistan which is 10 most powerful in the World with Nukes, what do you think they would do? sit and watch? Azerbaijan? full of oil, war needs fuel, and Turks have no problem getting it .and we have been arming this country last 70 years . best thing is to to negotiate with Turks about the treaties and Energy resource's in the sea, believe me , you are not going to convince anyone in the World or any court of law that from Athens to Cyprus stretch of sea is an Economic (EZZ) zone for Greece, what we Americans will force Greece to accept that . right now, Turks are kind getting away from spare of influence ,refusing to take a stand against Russia, so we use Greece to antagonize Turks a litte and it worked, , but to the point. we will never Push Turks to the point of break loose, just a thought I think you will find it interesting .
If Turkey retakes the leadership of Middle East from the USA it will be a supper power overnight. Erdogan is already the most popular leader in the Arab world so it’s a very real possibility. If you can’t see this you are blind.
As someone who is allergic to the tourism economy, I would recommend Turkey not to rely on the tourism economy. It should go to economic diversity and produce everything.
People saying in the comments that Turkey has a good chance of becoming a great power but can't be a superpower because Turkey can't reach whole world. The problem is, whoever rules Mediterrenean, Middle East and North Africa has the necessary recources to become a superpower. If Turkey anyhow gain a real dominance over all other countries in Middle East and Eastern Mediterrenan Sea, North Africa, Caucasia and Central Asia, Turkey gains a huge control over trade roads, oil, gas supplies of the world. We are talking about more than 50% of world supplies. Even an alliance between today's Turkey and Egypt would change whole dynamics in Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Mediterrenean.

Military technology height has more modern weapons than America and Russia. He has many projects that he hasn't mentioned yet. All of them are considered as unmanned vehicles. Just 500km away, there are Mosul and Kirkuk petroleum. Legally, these lands belong to Turkey. In other words, it will take 1 day for Turkey to occupy Iraq with its current power in a possible world war. It will obtain its energy source from Mosul and Kirkuk. In other words, those who think that Turkey will have an energy resource problem are completely wrong. And also the important resource for oil extraction is WATER. In the south of Turkey, the water beds are sufficient for the whole world. Its geopolitical position is very, very important. Europeans and America take this lightly and are constantly hostile off the beaten path. Turkey, on the other hand, wants to establish good relations with Europe and America. But politicians do not allow it.
Mosul and Kirkuk legally belong to Turkey? How? In your pro erdogan islamist agenda? Do that, and you will literally be sanctioned to death. That way Greece can claim all of Turkey since they build all your cities and you only turkified them(gave those cities turkish names)

REALLY GREAT RESPECT!

Alhamdullilah
overall it's a decent effort (with a western bias as per usual) , I do have to disagree with the Arabs vs Turks statement though as Most Arabs (individuals) view Turkey favourably , as an Arab myself I could assure you that most people in Arab countries wish Turkey the best and view its success as an inspiration...
Selâmün aleyküm brother. Greetings from Turkey

As someone from the middle east I'm afraid I have to disagree with you, if anything its a minority that view ottoman empire favourably mostly islamists.

All this is because it actually represents a sound that disappeared in the most common dialects of Turkish.
i swear the ğ is so hard to explain to english speakers 😂 its litterally audible silence

It is obvious who are involved in the dirty currency tricks. Love Turkish people.
1. Turkey is a colonial power.
2. Turkish Executive leadership has to stop interfering in how the cnetral bank is run, Central banks are supposed to be independent and firing three central bank heads in two years does not inspire confidence in stability.

4. Maybe the turks should elect a man who has finished High school and didn't have his testicles crushed by a horse to lead them.
@@cjbarrow46 hi
I will say this Colonialism has not ended..... it evolved. let me explain. before colonialism " ends " the west chose the leaders of countries to keep their interest in regions take france for example.
TH-cam censoring the site.
and take me for example. i am from the middle east and here our " dictators" have been chosen by the west not by us and here they uneducate people Historically , economically and religiously because that's what sustain their rule and my country is rich ,but money is nothing for me and for us muslims in general and here we eat we drink and we sleep ( not me i always study and seek knowledge in all fronts as best as i can and am a aerospace engineer ) even the cattle eat drinks and sleeps. here🇰🇼 courrption is too obvious and we muslims are in phase one and that's " Realization " to be fully aware from politics to history to religion. and every time a Muslim nation rises the west is unsatisfied and want to overthrow the government. Gaddafi, mursi,Yemeni leader Salah , King faisal in the 70s ( he got assassinated) ....etc way a lot i can't go over them all.
HOWEVER, before the Arab spring this i admit was not clear to all of us ,but after the Arab spring EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR. we now came to realize misery is built by the happiness of others and our leaders and boarders were chosen and drawn by the west and we must amd will over throw our governments and stop the western intervention in our lands. sorry forgot ( the western people have nothing to do with their governments in fact we are all slaves to this corrupted system we live under " capitalism " or communism both you use " banks" made you know by who i don't have to explain).
now about "slavery has evolved" and this time it favors no race only one in fact 👃 and it favors mostly the dollar. we are born to serve and sustain the system and the system milks the life out of us and we gain " invaluable paper money " in return and sometimes we get in debt which is literally an invisible chain in the neck. basically we are living inside bank and the bank choses who succeed and who doesn't and the bank plays with economy and who built it? "the red shield" known as the rothschilds.
our muslim lands are the battlefield of the super powers and when you say next time why refugees are in Europe ask yourself what caused them to be there? that's the correct question.
Russia is causing the refugee crisis in Europe by bombing the Syrians and helping Assad to kill his people and the refugees are a toy to send them to Turkey and Europe to weaken their economy and make the left wing fight right wing start wars. Russia has an agenda and don't get wrong Russia, china and America/western Europe are fighting for their agenda to who rules who. all of them are trash.
now i want to put it in conclusion. " REALIZATION LEADS TO REVALUATION AND REVELATION LEADS TO REVOLUTION " SOMETIMES IT LEADS TO A VERY DIFFERENT R AND THAT'S RADICALIZATION AND THAT HAPPENS WITHOUT BACKBONE. that's why people go far left or far right. because they are weak in character and btw left wing right wing is a toy for the system no matter who wins the system decides everything not the people nor the government.
We muslims are in phase one ,but obviously Turkish people has finished phase three. and we look forward to unite with our Muslim brothers and sisters and no islam is not an Arab please don't let me write about it and Arab is not an ethnicity it's a language.
the world is Suffering from western imperialism ( not the people unlike you we understand) most people walk with where the wind pushes them am not like that i hope you understand now.

what am trying to say is this system is belt on hypocrisy and when Objective moral people start to realize than they will take action and subjectisim will have no answer when the objective moral people start action and they can't say it's " good or bad ".
even if objective moral people did wrong the subjective people can't prove it's wrong since it's all subjective.
even so atheist can't prove what's good or bad in all topics other than morality. for example, an atheist says to someone you are Bac-kward and that someone says is being Back- ward good or bad ? here they can't really answer. they can't prove being whatever is good or bad. and so on and so on.
what am literally saying now will change the world perception and the moral people will take action. it's inevitable.
one thing else if they don't have the concept of good or bad of any subject other than morality that means it has no value ( worthless ).
for example, asking an atheist is science good or bad ? if he/she did reply with good and bad they can't prove it therefore, it's subjective and has no value at all since they don't have the concept of Good and bad.
therefore, all their " facts" ( which are hypothesis not facts ) are worthless if it has no value ( good and bad ).
they can't detect which is fact and not if they don't hold on any value and even if they did they can't prove it since it's subjective.
We live in a world that ran by subjective people who can't prove their value or the value of anything and can't prove even their subjectivsim and it's value! Yet they have the audacity to tell us what's good or bad and what's valuable and not and what's true and not.

The Europeans traded with East using the routes which fell to Ottomans. This was one of the main reasons why they started Colonial voyages to India. Inbetween also, they fought a lot for the control of the sea like battle of Diu between Ottomans and Portuguese
@@ashutoshanand1573 That' basically what I also said. Constantinople\Istanbul + professional Janissary army is what made them good fighting empire, however as they grew larger so did internal conflicts, power struggles and corruption, just like any other empire before and after them. @@bud2171 Yeah, but most of those don't really need to engage in direct combat or war. Look at China now. There are important points which are missing here. The most important one is the Turkic countries and diaspora and the friendly allies. Another point is the high technology advances in Turkey. It’s a slowly coming but very powerful boost for the economy. This will accelerate in the coming years in a geometric progression. The current model of calculating GDP and macro finances is quite misleading. Are you aware how many people in Iran are native Turks ? Are you aware how many people in Russia are native Turks ? Are you following the demographics in this countries? Do you believe Shia ideology can continue to unite Iran bypassing the national identity of the Turks? Do you believe Slavs can continue dominating in Russia ? Do you evaluate the impact of Nagorno Karabakh on Iranian and Russian Turks in the region ? A lovely video explaining all the details with well-informed analysis. Cheers.

That's why britain did all to not let these land in Turkey's hand.. but you are right it would have been really different
in fact, Turkey would be worse off with oil, oil IS a curse for these nations.

So it is only the Russia is your real problem.
typo: Iran is not very involved
Its a miracle you still exist as an independent nation, best of luck to you.
One Georgian queen was killed in Persia and her leftovers were taken to India (Ketevan the Martyr

YES. TURKEY FOREVER!!!!
@@belisdemirci ??? Stop acting like Russians because you think it's cool, it's cringe. Turks have no issues with gays, no more backwards minds in this country. 1 million Plus army, can raise to 17 million in reserves. Greek population is 11 million and aging . more old people in Greece than young , Turkish population 19 to 35 are 68% ,
but yes, we will protect Grrece from total destruction ,but the mean time, Greece will take substantial military losses. and equipment losses, don't forget, Turks are second largest force in Nato, and they are very strong ally with Pakistan which is 10 most powerful in the World with Nukes, what do you think they would do? sit and watch? Azerbaijan? full of oil, war needs fuel, and Turks have no problem getting it .and we have been arming this country last 70 years .
best thing is to to negotiate with Turks about the treaties and Energy resource's in the sea, believe me , you are not going to convince anyone in the World or any court of law that from Athens to Cyprus stretch of sea is an Economic (EZZ) zone for Greece, what we Americans will force Greece to accept that . right now, Turks are kind getting away from spare of influence ,refusing to take a stand against Russia, so we use Greece to antagonize Turks a litte and it worked, , but to the point. we will never Push Turks to the point of break loose,

@@joelester9694 their fleet and airforce are actually really good considering they started research and manufactaring about a decade ago. Their drones have proven themselves as one of the best in the world and they started building their own fighting jets. Their new corvette line is very advanced too. But whats really astonishing is their I.A. technology. We have discussed this in our university in Heidelberg. They are a leading contributer to I.A. based software and technology in general. The fact that they are researching these things by themselves is key. They are not dependend on the US, China, Russia or France which give them huge advantages. I dont know were you get your facts from but they are wrong. If they sort out their economic crisis, they will sure be a major global player.
Economically Turkey is at its lowest point, with high inflation, and unemployment. How can it be a super-power?
read my comment pls.
I am from the Netherlands. I think it is sad that a country like turkey is spending so much on things like military and space while their population earns average 9000$ a year.
The economy in the Netherlands is 200 billion bigger than that of turkey while having only 17 million citizens (compared to turkey with 80million citizens). They should use their money to spend on making quality of life better in their country and that’s not going to happen with this kind of spending

Turkey's comeback inshallah!!!
Hello, i am from Turkiye.
We're just playing games here. Of course there won't be a war, but let's build some theory.
Everyone who writes here says that in a possible war, Turkey will need oil, but there is oil and natural gas all around Turkey.
As a Turk, this is a good summary of Turkey, good job! One thing its not supposed to be in this video is Seville map. You can tell it as Greek goal or Seville map. But its not internationally accepted. And will never be accepted by Turkey even Erdogan stays or out. Its just a dream and we are not living in a dream world. There are political and geography facts in the region. I am not against Greece or another country and i support that this situtaion should be solved by dialog with East Mediterranian countries. Not with France, USA, UK or Russia.
You don't say nothing about the Blue Homeland is that dream or not?
As a turk you should worry about yourself .. not turkey or there leader Erdogan who gambles turkeys future and economy into the global casino..
Turkey is the empire with serious civilization culture laws and legacy ! Ignorance about Turkey is common.
They have hefty military agricultural and industrial foundations. Best regards.
And a GDP below Mexico.
Don't try to spin math and numbers.], it is what it is.
@@Crashed131963 Thats a stupid comparison. You should compare PPP per capita, not Nominal GDP. Turkey has $30k while Mexico has $18k. Mexico has 130m+ population as for Turkey it is 85m+. Plus Mexico benefits from USA, biggest economy as a neighbor. While Turkey is the biggest economy in its region. So all along, Turkeys purchasing power parity is stronger than Mexico. Its funny how much people underestimate Turkey.
@@fatihsahin5255 you call the comparison of nominal GDP as stupid because Turkey has a smaller one than Mexico and say that PPP is what one should compare. Then, you go and compare the nominal GDP of Turkey with the neighbouring countries! Oh, the irony! If nominal GDP is a stupid way to compare, why do you make this stupid comparison? Compare Turkey's PPP per capita as you yourself suggest. Then, your own narrative collapses as Turkey has lower PPP per capita than quite a few countries in the neighbourhood such as Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Romania etc.

Turkey can become a regional power. But no way a super power
Agree. No direct coastline to ocean means difficult time expanding trade and navy
It is already a regional power, no doubt about that. But yeah hard to become a super power.
@@TK-qv4xh it a regional player, but it's not a regional power, not when you have Russia in the same region. They can't even send their ships in the waters right in front of their mainland uncontested. A regional power should be able to more or less roam freely in their region.

İm from turkey and i dont think we can consider ourselves superpower without a stable , strong economy.
Also we are not in the footsteps on ottoman empire, time has changed and we must adopt ourselves. We are Turkey now a secular and democratic country founded by Atatürk and i am one and so many people follows Atatürk's footsteps.
Screw that oppressive fool

@@oghuzkhan5117 like i said time has changed. Ocuppying lands and having big lands does not make your country stronger. But technology and education does. Also Atatürk is not only a soldier he is teacher he is scientist and he is mathematician. He always cared about science and education. Atatürk is not only a person but an idea and we call it Kemalism. U must learn about Atatürk. Bc he is not just a leader who tries to expand its territories.
@@talhac1923 Thats why Turkey went to space until 2001. Because the kemalist followed Ataturks teachings.
