I'm a Huge Bolt fan , as I'm sure everybody is , but for me .... Allison has THE most amazing running style I've ever seen. So incredibly smooth and just the perfect stride and glide sprinting/running of All the world leaders men and women. at least IMO. 😉

I was worried around 300 meters when she was a bit behind.....I didn't expect her to run a 49.6 WITH that injured ankle! Can you imagine how fast she can be when she has a month to heal a little more? I'm SO happy for her & most importantly, her modesty & giving God the praise for her ability!
This was a very impressive run by Felix. She has shown what true champions are made. After being injured, she was able to look deeply into her desire to accomplish her goals and deliver when it counted. God bless Allyson..........get that gold in Rio.
Michael you ought to know better, running at high altitude where the air resistance is much less (than at sea-level)will make you run faster, so the time that felix did is NOt much better than the time that Mcpherson did at the Jamaica trial. Only at Rio we will know who is currently the best female 400m runner.
Felix run on a bad wheel with pains , and u are talking Mchperson blah blah blah. Last year in Beijing when dey all lined up in the final, who was on top or who proof to be the best 400m runner. Looks like u also forgot how Felix simply run her down in da relay . Hopefully Rio is just around the corner.

People look at Allyson Felix and think this Woman is fast because she's skinny with long legs but if you really understand body proportion, Allyson Felix is extremely well proportioned in body. She's a petite woman but her torso compliment his hips and legs extemely well that give her the fluidity to run very comfortable in her form and add power (2nd gear) anytime she wants. She is well proportioned in body. That's a sign of some damn good genes she have. If she ever decides to get marry when her Olympic career is over, she will do very well to marry a dominant gene Black Man in a sport like the NBA or the NFL. Or just a brother that looks athelic. The reason for this, she has the perfect body and genes to mesh with the dominant genes of her other half. Look at the NBA baller, Wiggins that plays for the Timberwolves. His father was an NBA player. His Mother an Olympic track and field Sprinter just like Allyson and she was a well-form sistah too but wasn't as good or fast as Allyson. So, just imagine is Allyson makes an offspring with a NBA baller. The child, rather Boy or Girl, will be getting top-notch genetics from his/her parents. And I'd be thrilled to see which sports they play. Rather it be in the Olympics or the NBA or the NFL....or even Tennis and MMA. I just want to see how the child body-proprotion turns out in relative to their parents. It would be such a feat to see that! Now if she settle with a Gentile boy, i.e. Caucasian, Latino, Arab etc., forget about it. That offspring will be nothing exciting to look at it except having a bi-racial appeal.

Allyson's gold medal prospects are looking much better than the Jamaican girls' prospects in the open 400m or the 4x4. It's them I'd concern myself about Kerry.
The fact that I mentioned the Bahamian 400M opponent, suggests that I do not think any Jamaican that makes the open final can win. In the 4x4 the Jamaican girls should be very competitive. I must admit I am very disappointed in Miss Jackson as she has not made the expected improvements. I did ask how you were doing but you failed to address same.
