I’d love a house tour video soon showcasing how all your projects have come together for a complete look.

Yes! I'm planning on making a room makeover video soon after a couple of DIY videos. It's nice to know there's someone looking forward to it! Thanks for the motivation🥰💪✨✨

I'm a newbie woodworker too. May I suggest practicing using wood dowels, or chiseling out the wood under the plates when attaching a table top. This will minimize the gap between the top and legs, and makes for a sturdy connection. Great job on the table, it's beautiful.

Thank you so much for the suggestion! I love learning not only TH-camr's videos but also viewers' comments, so I really appreciate your tips. Yes, I actually thought about dowels and wondered which was better. And I also thought about chiseling out for the brackets, but with my beginner skills and the hardness of red oak, I hesitated to try. 😅 But I'll definitely take your suggestions and try them for my next projects. Thank you 💖🙏🙏✨

Do you have any great woodworking tips or any suggestions for my work? Please share in the comment❣
From one of the viewers' comment, I learned "Climb cutting" to cut a more perfect circle shape with a router. I'll leave the link to the great video from another TH-camr I found. Please take a look. Thank you so much GuildOfTheBlackCrow for your comment! 🙏

The reason you got chip out with the router is that cutting a circle, by it's very nature, means that you will, at some point, start to climb cut and then back into push cuts. You have to pay attention to the way the grain is going or, when you're climb cutting, the router, no matter how good it is, will bite into the grain direction and rip it out.

Omg! I never heard of climb cutting, and I immediately researched and learned about it. I'll definitely try it next time when I use a router. Thank you so much for sharing, I really appreciate it!! 🙏💖🙏💖
