You ate from a fast food place and conveniences stores instead of nice Japanese restaurants or Izakayas. The pork cutlet (Roast katsu) is pork not chicken.

I think they simply didn’t articulate well what I believe they wanted to say: On average, 1,000 people cross the scramble during each all-ways-walk cycle.
We have been to Japan 3 times and the most difficult time part of navication is the various levels.. you need to watch if you are supposed to be in an underground area or above ground. For example, we went looking for a restaurant and found out that it was on the 8th floor of a building.

当たり前に英語が通じると思ってる人が多いよね😅 アメリカのスーパーで当たり前の様に日本語を話せば、対応してくれるのかな？？ 日本人でそんな事をする人はいないと思うけど、同じ事だよね？ 日本のパスポートの取得率を見ても分かる様に、海外に興味が無い日本人は沢山います。それは国内が安全である事と、日本には四季があり、夏は海や冬はスキーなどを楽しめる場所、ほぼ全てある事に起因するんだと思います。したがって英語を話せる人は少ないです。なので、日本国内にいるのに、英語を話せない事で日本人を責めるのは本当に辞めて欲しいですね。
