I tried these tips but it didn't help! Mine's is just a bit off - maybe 3mm. My outlines were created in illustrator though rather than the outline feature but they are lined up perfectly in XCS. But also, the reference cutting pressure cuts through the whole sheet instead of just doing a kiss cut. I've tried lowering it to 50g but it's still too much. Any thoughts?

How frustrating! Let me get back out there and try a couple more runs of print and cut to see if I can come up with anything that might help with the outline.
As far as cutting through the whole sheet, first checks are to make sure that the blade and housing are both installed right (though the magnets should pretty much guarantee that) You could try a new blade too.

Hi, what ink do you use for stickers please. Is it just general ink or sublimation ink

Yeah, just regular! I print everything on my HP Envy - so it's inkjet.

Thank you very much fir this, though it didn't help with my problem (that my printer is in a different place than my M1 and if I disconnect from the m1, connect to the printer, print, come back to the M1, connect the usb and then try to cut it) always detects the previous desconection and gives me a warning and error message. Tried saving the print as pdf and using the pdf but I don't get it to do the perfect print and cut, nearly there but never neat. I don't really understand how the registration marks work, it seems they don't work the same way as in my Cameo.

I know what you mean, it's different from my Cricut too. Honestly, the stickers don't seem to be a major selling point for the xTool - but you're like me, if you have it, you want it to work!
Did you try changing the paper size when you printed? To a4?

@@CraftingInTheRain In Spain A4 is the norm, we don't use other sizes in that range. Many years ago it was common to use what was called "folio", longer than an A4 but similar width, but not used much anymore. So, yes, I chose A4 when using it. What I see is that the registration marks are not read by the machine, maybe it has to be with my program update, I will try to find out the previous version, it also had the "extract" option which now has been taken from the program for some strange reason.

My problems is that its only cutting half of the sticker, the other half looks intact, any ideas?

Is it consistent, like always the right side of the sticker for example? I would try replacing with a new blade if you haven't yet.
