  • Hello my loves, I hope you all enjoy this easy 11 minute meditation for positive energy, calming your mind, attracting abundance and gratitude. I take you through some gratitude to elevate your vibration. This is followed by a gentle body scan to release any unwanted energy and tension. We then use some visualisation to attract positive energy into our hearts and body. To finish off, I get you to repeat some positive affirmations to yourself.
    I hope that you can return back to this meditation whenever you need some time to clear your mind, and raised your energy and vibration.
