Erwan and FEATR helps me learn how rich our Filipino food culture is. I sometimes envy other country's trademark dishes (ramen, kimchi, pho, curry).. Turns out we have so much to offer!
I agree. I'm from France and have tried to cook some of your most famous Filipino recipes and they're really delicious. Would really like to give got and pares a try too.
True, before I could only cook fried egg, rice and steamed vegetables. When I met my bf and eventually lived together, I wanted to introduce our culture to him. I would watch loads of videos mostly from this channel and try to learn different Filipino recipes. 8 years later and he gained 15kg and blames Filipino food because of it. 😂
I just made that with plant protein and it came out good. I also added some mushrooms. Grilled some Chinese broccoli soo good. This is a good recipe and thank you.
Erwan represents filipino foods especially this street food very very well that helps to showcase what Filipinos can offer to the world 🌎...kudos...
It's been 5 years, I don't use water for cooking, I make my own stock from different bones/cartilage, left-over etc. My favourite is turkey neck/bones stock (bought it from Asian stores). I cook my rice with bone broth - you will never eat rice that was cooked in water lol. Then the "collagen" craze in different form started. I tried so many ways to make my stock. I like mine plain, i pressure cook it with garlic, onion and a lot of black pepper. Cool it and freeze.
thanks for sharing the recipe!!! not sure if it was originally there, but i always rewatch this video then suddenly noticed the recipe. thanks for the exact measurements!!!
I lllloooovvveeee them ..lalo n sa bulalo,pares,lugaw...I cook tendonse with 5 spice, cinamon, sugar, fishsauce, brownsugar, beefstock, celery, onion, pepper corn and bayleaf
I got injuries from work as a mechanic, and my parents told me to eat beef tendon stew.....first I thought they were joking....after 5 days, i'm moving, driving and working again, collagen is amazing
Wow miss that Philippines aroscaldo but here in Paris we cook ourselves ,cold season is coming so we can cook again 😌 😋 🤗 merci Erwan for sharing a new way of cooking ..
Watching this at 3AM while in bed makes me hungry 🤤. I had to control myself from getting up and look for something to eat in fridge. No! No! NO! . . . I gave in (munching leftover ulam) 😅
Just a suggestion. Maybe use a cheese cloth to wrap the veggies when cooking so it'll be easier to separate the meat and tendons. 😊 Always love your recipes 🥰🥰🥰
Went here after coming from the market 😁😁😁 Should have delayed going to the market a little bit so that I can cook this too. Anyways, I'll try this recipe one of these days. Nice vid as always FEATR team.
