I have followed instruction up to saving my new material. You then say I will see it at bottom but it's not there. I've tried 3 times. What could I be doing wrong?
Hey there. Thanks so much for the great question! Here is the direct link to all of our Edible Cutting Systems. You'll want to click on the Cricut System & Supplies tabe on this page. Then mid way down you will see the Stencil Pack www.icingimages.com/cricut-electronic-cutting

Am I able to download any image to be cut? Or is it only what’s already on the system?
Can you share the direct site to the clear stencil? I couldn’t find it on your website thank you

Hi! Is this the same as a Cricut Explore Air 2?
It is, however, ours are bundled with the Food Safe instructions and products as well at www.icingimages.com
I have a original cricut can i set it up with it?
Yes you should be able too.
What is the mm thickness for the plastic stencil used?
Hey there Tara! Thank so much for the question. Our stencil packs are actually .007 inch thickness.
Use the Brother Scan 'N Cut. It is light years superior to anything from Cricut.
The sheets are just very expensive.
But vinyl is toxic, and not food safe..... or am I completely missing something here?
JadeW201109 hi there, since the vinyl is not being consumed it’s ok for it to touch the cookie for a few seconds

Exactly... it is like the cookie being in a plastic bag... or tub...
