How to cut stencils using a Cricut

Can you show us how you use the cardstock sticker paper? Thinking this would be good for personalized stencils. Is it super sticky and does it hurt when removing from skin?

I can’t find the acetate with the peel off covering. What thickness is this please? Also the brand.

why do you not tell the thickness of the stencil?
