French President Emmanuel Macron has welcomed China’s “commitment” not to sell arms to Russia and to control the flow of dual-use goods to the Russian military. Macron’s remarks followed his meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in Paris on May 6, 2024, the first day of Xi’s six-day tour of Europe. Macron also thanked his Chinese counterpart for supporting an “Olympic truce”, which proposes a pause in global conflict during the Summer Games in Paris.

Russia don't need any help from China about weapons. They have their own military complex sector same as US/UK/Germany/Sweden/Poland/France/Canada even Ukraine.
