I started a channel and Facebook page about living with autism, including teaching cooking skills to help people like me on the autistic spectrum become more independent and I have definitely been influenced by the television cooks I've watched over the years and Ina has been a very important teacher! Thank you!

What's the difference between corn fritters, and corn pancakes?

    • @SakuraBlossomist

Fritters are a round ball shape while pancakes are in the shape you make breakfast pancakes

Corn fritters are made with corn meal and don’t usually have corn in them.

Should always scrape the cob. The really tasty bit is the end that is in the cob. At least IMHO. It takes next to no time to run the back of a knife down the cob over your bowl.

Maybe she was saving the cobs for corn broth. Besides going back on
the corn it probably would just get absorbed by the towel

"A little Sriracha to give it some heat"? It takes more than a squirt of Sriracha to give that recipe heat.
