Cuphead is a game that pays homage to cartoons from the 30s, being heavily influenced by both the artistic style, animations, audio effects, soundtrack and characters. If there had already been a video game at that time, it would be like Cuphead. The design of the characters and scenarios are simple and very colorful, but this is an exact mirror of that time when the characters needed to be simple due to specific limitations and impediments. Almost every aspect of this game is literally hand-drawn on paper to create animations and effects just like in the 30s. Like, the characters do all kinds of crazy things, such as increasing the proportions of their limbs, shooting lasers and changing their physical shape, which is something that has been provided by an specific animation style called the "Rubber Hose" invented for the cartoons of that time. "Floral Fury" is the theme of one of the game's bosses and is easily one of the most interesting themes, as it mixes instruments used in classical jazz bands with instruments used for a specific genre of typical Brazilian music called " Samba".
As a Brazilian that never played Cuphead, has a friend that love jazz and as someone who loves to check out random game's OST, i was really chocked to see the creativity of this song on the first time of hearing it. I fell in love instantly

Genuinamente parece que voce ligou uma televisao de tubo, colocou num desenho antigo pique tom e jerry (so que com graficos mais polidos), conectou um controle e comecou a jogar. Um dos jogos que mais vi carinho envolvido

Fun fact: Kristopher Maddigan, the guy who wrote the music for Cuphead, actually knew and was friends with the 2 brothers who made this game and lived just down the street where they lived when they were kids.
Cuphead isn't a rage game like Getting Over It or QWOP. It's just a REALLY difficult 2D platformer that focuses mostly on multi-phase boss battles. It's a rage game in the same way Dark Souls is a rage game. The aesthetic is 1930s cartoons, complete with hand-drawn animations. It's a masterpiece that I will never touch because I don't have the reaction speed for it anymore, and I hate boss battles.

The Rain Formerly Known as Purple by Chris Christodoulou from the game Risk of Rain 2 is probably my favorite soundtrack out of a game by far. I can't recommend it enough and think it would get you a ton of views!

Yes you need to play cuphead! It's very hard and you don't need to play it through because it's basically a 2d dark souls and you don't have the skill.

Guilty Gear is an easy recommendation for the entire series. Every GG game has some really outstanding tracks. Love The Subhuman Self is a particular favorite of mine so it'd be a fun reaction.
A set of amazing, and more heavy and metal Video Game Soundtracks, if you haven't already listened to them would be from DOOM (2016) and DOOM Eternal. I'd personally recommend BFG Division, and The Only Thing They Fear Is You.
If you've never seen Cuphead, you gotta at least look at the gameplay. It's an amazing homage to 30s and 40s cartoons, and just that era of entertainment in general. It's not so much of a rage game as it is a tough arcade-style shoot 'em up. It's not unfairly hard, just takes a lot of trial and error.

cuphead is a fun one! to watch, not to play. i think i'll just rage quit after five minutes. i've seen markiplier's letsplay, i will not handle this game well. it's just boss battles on top of boss battles on top of boss battles.
