Peel and cut bananas into about ½ inch rounds, then add them to a food chopper/blender/processor. 2. Add the eggs and milk and liquefy. 3. Melt sugar over low heat in a skillet (to caramelize) 4. Pour into the top boiler of a double boiler, coating the bottom evenly. 5. Pour the banana mixture on top of the caramelized sugar. 6. Place over the bottom boiler of hot water and cover. 7. Cook for 40-50 minutes over medium-low heat. 8. Allow to cool completely. I am looking forward to eating this!
