    Thank you, sir. I did my A-levels 20 years ago. I gradually became interested in psychology. This is perhaps one of the best introductions to humanistic psychology I've come across. It's well-presented and easy to understand. The hallmark of a good teacher is to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding. I have subscribed to your channel.

    Ekosi Divine Warrior 🤲 Yea, I can speak Factz to my own experiences of surviving a year plus surviving and fleeing from 4 shelters with gangstalkers and a bounty on my head and finally landing into city housing!!! 🌹Ekosi 💖 Creator 🤲 and what a WORLD of difference it has been to have the basics in the life!!! I'm thriving but helping others in the hood try to survive the harsh realities of the DTES EastVan, Vancouver with deadly kllers and demons willing to keep you in the harsh world of hood life and a life of suffering!!! Women are targeted but so are the men. It's literally a fight for one's life and with the new fkd dope taking limbs from these fallen Warriors 🤲 We need help out here just for the basics and we are left for dead , alone and extremely abused on all levels of existence

      Hi Belinda - hope this helps:
      To cite a TH-cam video in APA Style, you include the person or organization that uploaded it, their channel name (if different from their real name), the upload date, the video title (italicized), the name of the site, and a link to the video.
      So, for this video:

    So, because Maslow based his theory of self actualisation on high achievers of the past, does this mean that he used content analysis to gather that data and could that be used as an AO3 to evaluate his hierarchy of needs?

    • @BearitinMIND
      @BearitinMIND  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good question - you can find how you can evaluate the research methods used by the Humanistic Approach in this video: th-cam.com/video/widzUcYGfwk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=vxL31H0IPpKRByt-
      I think your point could fit into limitation of their research method, and perhaps could be used as an example. The main point being that there is a level of subjectivity, and certainly lacks the scientific rigour and objectivity found with the Behaviourist and Biological approaches. Hope that helps 😀

    My biggest question is the following: Do British people really eat just beans on a piece of toast???

    • @BearitinMIND
      @BearitinMIND  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This might be one of my favourite ever comments! Yep - British people literally get two pieces of toast, heat up some baked beans and pour them on top. Weird! Culturally British, and would you believe a comfort food for MANY people!

    Btw Maslow didn't believe you had to reach the needs before reaching self-actualization. He believed that it is innate and everyone has access to it. He wasn't even the one who made the pyramid idea. Some other dude did that in 1960 17 years after Maslow's "Motivation and Personality"
