Builder should be able to wait for you till the time you sell the plots equal to the commission= plot value , so has to be less amount plots aso that you can convince your friends or customers.

Plz give us pointers on how to secure deal as brokers. I did hard work but people approached builder directly and did the deal. The builder told me that he cannot talk about his deals...
Generally it rarely happens. If its happening with you then your dealing process are not right. Many cases there's written agreement between broker and builder.
Or better work with trustworthy builders instead of random.
As a builder,property developer its a good to add brokers in ur team to make quick sales.

No work as a Referal partner or Channel partner..it's not necessary to work as Agent..and give more time leverage power of Good team and system if the developer has this things or in other words do this for a company which have systems and strong team..!!

Aapne ekdum sahi kha aapko agar experience hai aur confidence hai tabhi aap is tarah se approach kar sakte hai..plus High profile people with good network and connection sometimes come up with many Bulk bookings to unko is bat ka fadya mil jata hai aur man lijiye pure 10-12 plot nhi bhi bike 6-7 hi bike to bhi 30-40% hi amount pocket se lagta hai.. plus from booking launch date to project delivery 20-30 % rate hike ka bhi benifit ho jata hai sometimes
