In foreign country it is possible but in India you can not get more than 5% of the actual value of the house per year and that too is not grow as per house rate.. and atill the EMI is greater than the Rent we get also the bank is not financing the house 100% of the rate you have to minimum 25% of the total cost of ownership of house. The 25 percentage is also having some return which is getting lost so totally the owner has to put his own money to keep the ownership going, house tax, water tax maintenance, society maintenance interest, and the initial down payment cost this all leads to wipe off the rent each years. It will not work in India if you don't have your own money not lend by bank

Ap correct bol rahe ho, per Good Debt & Bad Debt ka difference sikhne ke baad. Ap Good loan se actual mein apni progress ko speed up kar sakte hain.
