  • I use to do this routine everyday at 6am in the morning for 2 years, and I’m very thankful for it, it helped become the player I am today. Now I don’t recommend doing that but, because it caused me a lot of knee pain, but i recommend you guys finding a time to train and consistently showing up, you will thank yourself in the future.

    Hey I’m 14 and I want to go pro.. I train everyday for 3 hours and I recommend to keep heads up while dribbling. This helped me ALOT since I am a midfielder. Do u have any tips or advises?
