I think that it was Anzac Day in either 2003 or 2005. It was definitely in an odd numbered year. Collingwood were wearing the white shorts, and they always wore the white shorts in Anzac Day matches that were played in odd numbered years at least right up until COVID-19 interrupted the 2020 season.

Some context. It was a lot more difficult for teams to comeback late in games... the new 6-6-6 rule, amongst other, opens things up.
