Thanks very much. I bought some second hand bifolds for a garden room which were catching exactly as you showed. I took all the glass out and toe and heeled from the start. Amazingly ithey no longer catch. Your efforts are much appreciated!
My three panel bifold door has been installed and it looks like its all leaning to one side. Also the gasket has gaps which allows draughts into the area making it cold on windy days. Also the aluminium trims have gaps in places. Will this process solve some of my issues?
It sounds like the panels need to be re-toe and heeled, but also check the full installation of the doors and ensure all sides are level - you can view our full installation video for extra help.
Wedge Rubber seems a little slack for compression to avoid water ingress . Gasket can also be very soft and shrink to allow water in further down the line like a year time or . Just a hunch .

What size packers do you use?

Good job
Very good. I feel sorry for this guy if he's doing this himself though. Those units are heavy.
Getting rid of that crap "music" would help.
