Thanks a lot for the info. The doors have been clattering against one another for months now. I didn't think there was anything I could do. They're now working perfectly.
That sounds like a different gear system, possibly with less adjustability. In which case, you may need to toe and heel the door, especially if your system is uPVC or Aluminium. If you have a look online you will find videos showing you how to do this. Good luck!

This only works for this particular system As plenty I’ve seen do not have lateral adjustment

How do you adjust the door vertically if the hinge pins are solid so no allen key hole?
