We have a four bedroom house and our kids now have their own lives. We will never rent out any of the rooms because we want our privacy. If it’s family like siblings we don’t mind because they are your family but, people that you don’t know, it will be hard. Appreciate how you did not videotape the owner sign that you also respect their privacy. Unlike other vloggers they don’t care.
@@MissMoi1876 we agree 👍 privacy is important for us and I’m quite sure for most. We found that having a two storey house with a fully developed basement with separate entrance is something we would consider. At this point we really want to position ourselves taking advantage of building a passive income stream while we still have a couple of years down the road to retirement. Even though they did us wrong we do not wish to further dwell on what happened. We hope they are into a better paths and they have found ways to make themselves better people.
How much na po ung mga single detached na ganyan today? In Vancouver 2 million na ang ganyang house. Whe we bought our townhouse 2 years ago almost 800 k. But in Calgary nagmahal na rin pero affordable pa rin compare here in Vancouver.

You must've taken a huge hit selling those two houses early as the first seven to ten years of a mortgage are mostly interest payments and there are transaction costs such as broker, notary and move in fees in the purchase and sale of the properties. There is also capital gains tax on the secondary property
Emergency funds is exactly what layoffs or unexpected illness are for. Six months is what most financial experts recommend but for our household 16 months plus three months for every kid.
We totally agree. As for us since we decided to execute one of our long term goal, taking a sabbatical. Trying to hang on to a property at that price range was a risk we didn’t want to carry. Doing this move helped us realize better how we want to proceed if we decide to get back into real estate. Although we are still on the fence where the market stands.
