I like your TH-cam channel. I am also following Beck and Cai and Moises and Chelly. Konting tiyaga and sipag and Hwag lang makalimot sa itaas I am sure you will just be fine.
Yon health expense talaga malakas mag delplete ng pera doon kaya definitely things to consider.
10M! Goodluck on that! This is your future for you and family wait until your retirement age. MAs mahirap pa dinaanan namin 40 years back Kaysa ngayon. The way I look new generations today easily get BORED in Canada and always look back their past in the Philippines.
I agree po Canada offers lots of security and opportunities. You are correct you don’t necessarily have to give up your citizenship. We would reinvest that towards getting closer to our dream.
Cobao arena
Philippine arena smart.
Dapat live sa TH-cam
I like looking at the birds. I used to show game chickens in California. Better luck next time.🎉
@@ffarmchickenthanks! Perhaps one of these days I might start looking at birds in the states as well. One that interest me is Bobby Fairchild’s grey. I managed to acquire one crossed with an Albany. The results look quite promising.

Hi, taga saan po kau sa Masbate? I'm from Masbate city din but we're in Canada now for the last 10 years na, just got a chance to watch your video.
👋 Hello po! Taga Uson po kami. Kayo po saan sa Masbate?
We have saved about 10m pesos here in Canada. Naka invest sya sa Tfsa stocks at nag generate nang $2000 per month approx 80k pesos. Kapag makahanao nan kayo nang magandang work. It is possible have 10m pesos to invest here in Canada and have unlimited income. True passive income. Buy and hold lang sa stocks. The sooner you start the better. Kasi sa power of compounding. 😅
I don’t think 10M is enough. Ang mahal na din bilihin sa pinas. Lalo na pag nagkasakit. Ang uncle ko nagkasakit, binenta mga lupa. May business pa sila na kumikita ng 65K monthly. Naubos!
We witnessed it first hand. At least we would be much closer to reaching our dream with 10M hehehe.
Next naman po ivlog niyo kung how much nagastos nung pinagawa niyong beach house
👍 we will try po.
Anyway interesting ang topics nu na dapat bago mag forgood think many times kung ano ang the best na gawin para the magsisi sa huli
Yes po lots of things to consider. Buti nalang medyo malayo pa yon retirement bago mag decide kung mag for good or perhaps maging snow birds muna hehe.
Kaya we like exploring passive income opportunities.
Congratulations for your new job.
watching po ❤
Salamat po!
Kapag 10m dollars pwedi
Yes agreed po. Kung dollars not pesos malamang pwedeng pwede hehe
Pag ako may 10M PHP i would disappear here and go home,. I will trade the stock market and have a small land for my own food. My kids are grown up and im 50 years old already so i'll go for it.
Right ,same here kaya lang hirap malayo sa mga bata ayaw nila kasi sa pinas andito na life nila at nag work na sila.
@@user-wx5um5eg1x Babalik balik nlang minsan he he pag binigyan ng pamasahe got 3 kids my youngest is 26 kaya go na tau kabayan kaso wala pang 10M eh.
Yes po kung nasa tamang idad 10M might be enough kung may pension na kayo.
We didn't have 10 million but thank God we are on our 3rd year now here sa Pinas. We are living simply with our 3 kids. We left Canada after 15 years. No regrets. Basta enjoy life. Go and do whatever makes you happy.❤
Wow congrats po sa inyo. Hopefully one of these days umabot din kami dyan. Enjoy pinas!
👍
Php 10M cash as a separate asset? That's already something if sa Pilipinas. Kung may business acumen kayo, harinaway mapalago. Kami, magka modern mansion lang na sarili at hindi utang, then magka annual passive income na at least php1.5M, at may at least php 5M na liquid funds for startup business, uwian na yan sa Pinas. But importante na fully healthy at walang sakit.
Yes po same thought process. 10M wouldn’t be enough pero kung magawan ng paraan para umikot yon pero why not. Salamat po sa comment!
Best of both worlds 💕
Yes po
Kulang na kulang ang 10M PHP to sustain your whole family's life now and in the future as a family, your son's education, family healthcare and retirement sa Pinas, $172K USD lang iyon. Sa mahal ng bilihin, education for your son, healthcare at utilities sa Pinas, 10M won't cut it. Pero kung tapos ng mag-aral ang anak ninyo at may pension na kayo in CAD or USD, then puwede na ang 50M PHP in case na magkasakit ng malubha sa Pinas during retirement.
Interesting points po. We are expecting somewhat lower cost of living kung sa probisya tumira. Pero to your point we are definitely planning for our son. Kaya sa 10M you are right, I don’t think it would be enough. Pero pag dating sa business, it’s kind of funny to say maraming kakumpetensya. Kasi one thing I noticed during our stay there kahit nasa province maraming foreigners may mga thriving businesses doon ie.: mga korean, chinese, indian. Kaya it makes me wonder would you thrive better with 10M php doing business in foreign place or is it all a matter of how you handle a business forgetting about competition that makes you succeed?
@AlexMollyTV it is better to have passive income streams than running a business in my opinion. Less stress with passive income from investments since most businesses fail even the ones that are thriving now in the Philippines. Once the initial excitement and curiosity wear off, most foreign businesses fail. Most foreign small businesses in Pinas are probably funded by foreign retirees who saved up for many years and already have guaranteed monthly pensions in USD or any foreign currency that is higher in value than the PHP, so even if their business fails, they will not struggle, they will be fine.
@@paengguin9381 that’s true. We like passive income as well but you need money to make money hehehe. Kaya if not to have a business or actual work to reinvest in passive income. What else can be done besides winning the lottery hehehe.
@AlexMollyTV yup, I started saving and investing half of my income as soon as I started working at 18. Also invested raises, OT money and bonuses. Worked crazy for 20 years 6-7 days a week 8-12 hours per day. Retired end of 2007 at 38. Been retireddebt-free in sunny Southern California for 17 years, own house and cars outright. Life's good. Not a landlord or business owner, just living without stress, not working at all since 2007. Wife stayed home full time to take care of me and our son when I was working.
@If I knew the things I learned later on in life I would most likely be in the same boat as you. I have to say job well done to retire at a very young age you’re a role model.
Maganda cguro pabalik balik na lng, Canada ng 6 months then Philippines 6 months.😅
Yes become a snow bird para warm weather all year hehe.
Parang pag dto, getting by lng. Pag sa Pinas, more than enough cguro retirement hubby.
We did 3 years sabbatical po doon para makita kung ano yon lifestyle. Kaya for us now we have better clarity where we want to be down the road. But being snow birds first will give the opportunity to experience the culture and lifestyle. With some cautions. Hindi pa kami nakagawa video. Pero we plan on talking about the pro’s and con’s of living in the Philippines. Kaya feel free to stay tuned po.
Canada pa din. Dangerous yan, creating frustration. kahit after thought pa yan idea niyo.
What do you mean po by creating frustration?
Kung single, pwede. Put on a time deposit earning 6% per year. I would still continue to work...
If you were single and still at an earlier stage in life with that mindset you’d definitely be a smart cookie. Hehehe
I believe you live in Canada for sometime before you decided to move back to Philippines. If you had stayed longer and waited until now, the property you have now would have appreciated and I am sure you would have your 10 million pesos. However, welcome back. Canada is a great place to live and good paying jobs are available. They also pay you a decent pension. Your son will also enjoy a good free education when he arrives in Canada. It’s not a gloomy country and our government officials are not corrupted. You will have a good life. I am sure you know that. Our amenities in Canada is better than in the Philippines. I am immigrant and had the opportunity to live in the Philippines for a few years. Love the people and the country unfortunately, people are neglected, too much poverty. Good luck. Enjoy your life.
If we would have stayed during that time we may have built that possible millions. But in the end we wouldn’t trade the time and missed opportunities lost kasi in the end we found our son. Kaya we will always be thankful for how the lord has always guided us in life.
God works in mysterious ways. Blessings to both of you. Hope your dreams come true.
However, kung may kid/s, 10M pesos wouldn’t be enough to give the comfortable life.
@ SCC, LTG, DMC , TEL, RCR, CREIT, DDMPR , research niyo po might not suitable to your risk appetite.
@kawaiimoncheri4277 US po ba kayo?. Hindi ko mahanap.
@@kawaiimoncheri4277 Philippine stocks exchange po ba yan?
Good point po, baka seguro po yon 10 million would be enough to start a business in hopes of being successful or perhaps reinvesting parts of the 10 million in dividend paying stocks and taking a small portion to have some temporary fun hehe.
Yon nga po, 10 million can be a game changer. But it’s true it can only go a long ways, kaya importante seguro reinvest muna hehehe.
If I have 10M pesos and enough pension I will go home
Yes indeed that would be the best scenario po hehehe.
Minsan lang po yon iba po kasi nakaussap namin seems to be well off sa Philippines, some are doctors lawyers, engineers and what not. Pero they still decide to sacrifice all that moving to Canada ending up working in minimum wage places para “sa future” ng mga anak nila. Although I have to say hanga pa din ako sayo mga nag sasacrifice in that perspective. Just sometimes curious as to why if they practically have everything dyan sa Philippines.
@AlexMollyTV I think to get the Canadian passport then apply for dual later on. Less hassle for intl travels like Europe for example.
I really love watching your channel do you mind me asking kong saan kayo sa Canada?
Samalat po! Nasa Alberta kami.
Kakaripas yan sa first buckle makikipag patayan .
