I agree with the cereal thing. Real food are eggs, meats, fresh fruit and veggies. Our snack drawer has apples, oranges, Cucumber, carrots, cheese and hardboiled eggs if I've made them. I feel SO guilty when I just eat a Granola bar for breakfast. I know that is garbage. I prefer we eat eggs or plain whole fat Greek yogurt. Trying to get my 2 year old real food based but the hubs keeps giving her chips 😅

So glad to hear that you enjoyed it! Kefir is a fermented dairy product, it's a bit more sour than yoghurt. 🥰 I buy it all the time, our kids love it.
