Another example of why Allah's rehma is mentioned before His ownership of Judgement day. Imagine you have a childhood friend who you meet after 2 to 3 years and you realize that they have seriously lost their way (be it in their language, drugs, lack of deen etc). Now how would break this news to them? You could simply think that you wouldn't talk or you would yell at them saying "HAVE U LOST IT! YOU ARE GOING TO HELL!.... " OR Would you tell them that "Hey, dont worry we all make mistakes so dont loose hope and try to listen to what I'm about to say. Stop doing xyz because...." The later is a more gentle and friendly way of telling someone something serious. So Allahamdullilah that Al-Wali told you to remember about the most frightening in a very compassionate way.
The one who is completely dead, doesn't care if he is given life or not, The one who is completely unaware, doesn't care if he is aware or not, The one who has completely forgotten, doesn't care if he remembers or not, The one who hasn t compeletely seen, doesn't care if he sees or not, The one who hasn't heard anything, doesn t care if he hears something or not, Similar to this is the example of the highest of disbeliever in disbelief, he doesn't care if he believes or not.

أستغفر الله العظيم الذي لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم وأتوب إليه
Astaghfir ullah-al azim alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Haiyul-Qayyumu, wa atubu ilaih times
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the mighty, there is no true god except Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self- Subsisting, and I turn to Him in repentance)
Hadith
Our Prophet Muhammed SAWS said who say this his or her sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah)
There are some conditions for repentance which we need to follow
1. Admit our mistake / sin to Allah(سبحانُه و تعالى)
2. Regret the sin we did
3. Seek Allah (سبحانُه و تعالى
) s forgiveness and repent sincerely back to him (This Dua )
4. Make a promise to Allah that you ll do your best not to repeat this sin again
In case you fail as human
Good news once again 🌹
Sincerely follow the above steps and repent again
Allah (سبحانُه و تعالى)
promised that he will always accept our repentance as long as it is sincere
