1. waking up , jot down several things for what you are grateful.
2. Through out the day take a moment to contemplate/reflect over the blessing of Allah subhanahu ta'ala.(w
3.Engage in 'Hamd' Frequently. Be used to saying "Alhamdulillah"

4. Practice of Nafl Sujood.
5. The avoidance of sins. [ It's proportionally related to shukur ] [ it is the definition of shukur given by many scholar]
i'malu ala dawooda shukra [ work good deed's to show gratitude ]

[اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ(أََمْسَ) بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ]. وإذا أمسى قال: اللَّهم ما أمسى بي...
[O Allah, whatever blessing has been received by me in the morning (evening) or anyone of Your creation is from You alone, You have no partner. All praise is for you and thanks is to You]. Recite in the bracket in the evening. Whoever recites this in the morning, has completed his obligation to thank Allah for that day; and whoever says it in the evening, has completed his obligation for that night.

Can someone write out the phrases said at the 35th minute?
I think for hamd and chukr Subhanallah I thought of a more clear way for explaining the difference, slightly different than the one mentioned. I think that whether you see the favors given to you by Allah Jalla Jalalouh or don't see them you still give hamd to Allah and chukr is what you do when you realize/see them given to you. I think it's about being conscious of the favors or not, and Allaho Aalam.
