Every night and when I wake up I say alhamdulillah. I have sometimes suffered with depression and negative thoughts and will combat this by giving praise to Allah to protect me

@@umusalamamutasa807 thank you brother. I will say this. I find sometimes at night I’ll get negative whispers or depression and these will even sometimes come when I’m about to do my prayer. I always ask Allah to protect me then they go away and I carry on with my prayer and sleep. I will try saying this prayer though. I pray Allah continues to guide you and your family. Thank you
Whenever you feel depressed , Do wudhu , read Quran , u will feel better inshaAllah

it was the custom of the pious before you,
is a means of bringing you near to your Lord,
an atonement for evil deeds

If we're strong believers no one should be thinking if we should do night prayer or not. That's the wrong way to think. Try a different mind set and say I'm going to attempt to read night prayers and have the intentions before you go to bed. Set an alarm. Yes it's hard but the feeling you will experience is greater than all other salath. May Allah guide you all and motivate you to wake in the night Ameen 😊🤲

It could be Nafal prayer two four six…. you could wake up in the middle of the night right before Fajr or you can also do it before u sleep since theres many types of Night prayers.

I sometimes pray Tahajjud. Based on my own experiences, a person must be extremely careful with what he /she wants from Allah swt, 'coz tahajjud is very effective, Allah swt certainly accepts his/her dua. Not to regret, we must use words carefully in our dua. We must ask wishes along with afiyah. Surely, ur wishes will come true in Tahajjud. Actually I ask for one thing, Allah swt gives me 1000 times bigger than what I wish. ❤ #freepalestine 🇵🇸💔

Beautiful, but what if waking up in the night becomes very easy, what if one’s sleep just finishes and they are automatically up… they don’t have any spouse and doesn’t have anything else to do so they just do ibadah… I wonder if the benefits wud still be the same 🤔
Asalamualaykum brother may I just ask and pls try to answer this but what if I dont sleep at all like I pray Aisha and keep praying and reading Quran until fair then stay awake until next night is that still alright?

Try to take naps during the day and also try to sleep a portion of the night,
