I'm surprised fewer people know the reasoning for this song. It's styled after the music of Hello Penguin (which is what the penguins are a reference to).
Hello Penguin was made by one of Night's friends and they put references to each other's work in their games. The name "Unreality" is also a reference to Hello Penguin 2, where there are many references to a second reality called "Unreality"

Well it's data is still stored within the room, all of it, functionality, art, tilesets, music, inhabitants. The door just closed on its own, without input from the World Machine itself. That's where the concern arises.

If you play the game on subsequent runs (without doing the Solstice ending), you can reach the room with the metal door in the Refuge and type "Hello Penguin".
I haven't tested it out on post-Solstice runs (playing the World Machine instead of the real Niko), but it should work.

This plays in the hidden "Hello Penguin" room, only accessible during subsequent normal runs (not the first one, as the door isn't glowing) and post-Solstice runs.
When you reach the door in the Refuge, type in "HELLO PENGUIN" as the password, and it should work.
Doesn't seem to work in World Machine Edition.
