    I tried this exercise this morning. The muscles by my shins were hurting as I was rolling my ankles. Is that normal?

    Hey Blake, I'm 23 years old and I picked up becoming a supple later not to long ago myself. I have bad knee flexion when I try to squat low. not only that I tweaked the back of my knee when I was was playing some soccer. I have been doing some of Kellys movements but I wanted to get another opinion on if I'm going about it the right way, my behind the knee pain is the most bothersome right now. do you have another video regarding this? thanks for the reply if you do!

    I've had medial knee pain for a while now during full knee flexion, and when I do this flexion gapping, that knee pain arises. Does that indicate a problem with the MCL or ACL?

    Will this work if I know the tightness is coming from a acl/mcl surgery from 12 years ago?

    I got x-ray and MRI done on both knees. Both no issues. However, I am learning that I am dealing with muscle imbalances. I am a very active person. However, my knees constantly feel stiff. I can't kneel on them without discomfort. Very tender right below knee cap in the joint space. I was told weak posterior chain is causing issue, but I haven't noticed too much improvement since. I have also read tight IT band can cause knee pain. Any suggestions? Greatly appreciated

    What about the tendon that runs along the hamstring, should you not put a lacrosse ball there?

    • @GuerrillazenFitness
      @GuerrillazenFitness  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +KomBat147 Are you referring to the hamstring tendon itself? It is fine to put pressure there. Use your own discretion though. If it hurts real bad and feels injured instead of just tight and inflamed then don't do it.

      +Gloria Chikumbi You might have a misalingment that causes the joint to become inflammed with movement. You can email me if you would like.
