I've been binge watching Matt's videos and they are the best. I've had knee pain and more since high school, always blaming how pronate my feet/knees were. After watching Matt's videos and ATM and working on my hamstrings and other related muscles, I've never felt better! Knee pain is almost gone and I can now do the asian squat which I couldn't have done 2 months ago. Matt's right when he says slow is strength, fast is foolish. My knee shape hasn't changed but the knee pain certainly has. Thank you Matt for sharing this knowledge. I feel a billion times better.

My problem is I can't bend my left knee all the way. I had an ACL reconstruction around 8 years ago and since then the knee has just become tighter and tighter. I so wish I could sit back on my heels. PLEASE can you do a video for how to loosen the muscles/ligaments around the knee so as to be able to bend it all the way? I mean Asian squat is impossible if you can't bend your knee. Pretty please!

I am excited to try these... after having a successfull hip labrum repair, I developed scar tissue and had Piezowave therapy for that now, I stuggled for 6 months witht the simplest glute and abductor and adductor excercise I never seemed to progress and get stronger I am focusing 2024 to get my strength back.. now it seems my knees and ankles are affected due to the imbalance... I am watching all videos to get back to myself again.... thank you for all you do for us.

Hi! My name is Marta and I’ve been following your videos recently and I found this one that interest me in particular. When I was young I could bend my knees and sit on the floor apple sauce position but as I grew older I developed osteoarthritis on both hips first and then on my left knee, I got hip replacement on both hips and partial knee replacement on my left knee and there is no more pain but I have not been able to sit on the floor in the apple sauce position yet, I’ve been trying but I can’t seat straight or bend my trunk forward. A few weeks ago my right knee started hurting but not on the front knee, the pain is on the back, I went to see my orthopedist and the X-rays don’t show arthritis but a torn meniscus, I will go see him the first week in March to find out more on what to do. I want to regain my flexibility, I am 71 years old but I have been exercising on my Total Gym, using the elliptical stepper and the Maxiclimber . Any suggestions on other techniques to regain muscle strength on my legs and thighs? Thanks so much!

I will try it! My problem😮 is at the quadriceps junction with the knee, it feels damaged, if I sit on my heels. I may have to roll, in order to unlock this area above the knee and come out of the position really slow! It's a strange sensation, sharp and tare' like. If I do Yoga for e.g. I simply don't sit right back. To avoid the situation! After years, I think it's just beginning to heal, slowly.

Hi Matt! Your content is far more useful than any physical therapy I've ever had. I think one aspect of the studies that you criticize where "surgery proves better than physical therapy" is that physical therapy is terrible. It's not educational, logical, progressive. Who has ever gone to PT and come away with a clear path from where they are to where they want to be 1,6, 18 months from now? Thoughts?

Not sure you cover this already, but can you cover "wrist".
    Yes wrist. Maybe hand.
My problem is when I tried to get up off the floor and use my left or right hand, it seems to be weak and fragile. Like I lost strength.
I say this because we have a 1 years old toddler and I have to sit on the floor with him. And I have to use my hand/wrist to push off, either reposition myself or to get up. Have to make a grunt noise.
Sadly, I feel my overall hand, wrist strength are lost.
Also what do you think about Primal Flow movements. Heard many people have good result with weaker wrist and hand issue like me. And of course other joint problems.
Not saying what you taught isn't effective, I do use yours but any movements is good movement.

Depending on what the exercises are, but you could try your bed with feet on the wall. I do that with quite a few if I can't get up and down. I do tend to check that with my chiropractor at times, but I'm prone to dislocations.

My knees have "always" taken the shape of whatever they are on. On a flat floor they get flat. If there is a shape, my knees assume that shape.
And when I try to bring my butt to my feet, while my lower leg is flat on the floor, it is my KNEES not my butt that won't do it. As they bend more they resist and begin to hurt. I have been working on it slowly but havent got within 8". I will have to ask someone else to measure.
