What do you mean with historic claims? If we were to go after that standart germany should have all of slovakia/bohemia/The BeNeLux region/ all of france should i go on? And during that timespan prussia was a german state with a mostly german population. And silesia was more czech than polish. The current borders of poland were only drawn so much into the west to appease poland for the lost terretories in the east that stalin annexed. I don't mean it in some imperialistic way, and I understand the desire to distance yourself from Russia because it perceives Slavdom as a card blanche for conquest, but it's just the physical reality.

What do you mean with historic claims? If we were to go after that standart germany should have all of slovakia/bohemia/The BeNeLux region/ all of france should i go on? Most of western europe has once been ruled/owned by germans. It only makes sense to talk about historic claims of the modern history (1400-today). And during that timespan prussia was a german state with a mostly german population. And silesia was more czech than polish. The current borders of poland were only drawn so much into the west to appease poland for the lost terretories in the east that stalin annexed.
