So informative. I especially agree with what you said about baking wooden items to sanitise them. I recently had a bug problem with a vine log and had to get rid of everything in my hamsters enclosure and buy all new items. Was very expensive and a little gross.
SUCH AN AMAZING VIDEO!! also i recommend going to your local thrift store and looking in the glassware section, i’ve found some AMAZING items for really cheap💓
Amazing video as always! Hamsters are expensive animals, and these are great tips to lower costs. 🐹 Your channel is so inspirational, and I love your videos so much! ❤
First! Love your videos ❤️ I can't wait to upgrade my hamster, Hermione, from a 570 square inch bin cage to 1000+ cage soon! Thank you for inspiring many 😌
Oh my thanks so much ❤❤❤ it is so helpful and i love the way you help others and yes ima get a £14 bin cage which is gonna be over 700 square inches 💖💖 i love to get things for cheap for my babys haha im a cheapskate but im still such a spender on them 💖💖 ima start making more hideouts and whatever and im trying to do whatever i can for them to make sure there happy 💖
I’m thinking of getting a hamster and I have done research and was thinking of getting a cheap pet store cage and now I am gonna make a bin cage I want this hamster to live a happy long life 🐹❤️
That is brilliant! Here is a video all about pretty much everything you need to know before getting a hamster if you would like to check it out: th-cam.com/video/xQtBDdJHMTU/w-d-xo.html Good luck with your future hamster! 🐹💕
Hi my cage is 76x 46 its a bin cage . Its the most i can offer because we are getting a puppy soon .I got a 13inch wheel though and a lot of enrichment .I also use a safe reptile sand .My 4 months old Syrian female named mollie loves me
Maybe try looking for a bin that has a minimum internal floorspace of 100x50 cm! I'm not sure how big the one in the video is, but 100x50cm is the minimum hamster cage size 🐹💕
@@tobacco.andtears Yes, that is the minimum cage size. However, larger cages are better, as long as they have enough enrichment. Each hamster will need a suitable, large enclosure of their own 🐹❤️
Ty this was so helpfull Im doing research before i get a hamster so i dont have one currently yet because my mother thinks my room needs to be able to stay clean first because otherwise how am i going to kerp the hamsters enclosure clean while I can’t even keep my room clean so I’m doing research at first :D

Indd so expensive, thats why i love diy since i have 2 hamsters. I made 2 big platforms last week. They love it🤗
I made a bin cage then ordered a 11in wheel and it doesn’t fit 😔

Is the zoo zone 2 cage big enough for a hamster?
Yes, it is! You will need to mesh over the bars at the top though, as the bar spacing is too wide and the hamster could escape! 🐹💕
@@pancakespets thanks for replying!
0:36 my cage is 81-44 cm… my mum wont let me buy a new one 😢
Does anyone know what size bin that is? 🐹 I need a different cage for my hamster I realized mine is too small! ❤

I got my terracotta pot for only 99p at the garden centre! which is much better than amazon etc
I LOVE CHUBBY CHEAKS FOOD
I’m getting the paw hut hamster cage for my Syrian hamster is that big enough? And also do the wood pieces come out?
The pawhut is a great enclosure! The wood platforms should come out 🐹💕
Ok ty!
