- Over the past four years, players have made some unconventional ways to navigate Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Here is a list of 33 amazing ways to launch and fly around the land of Hyrule.
The world of Breath of the Wild is huge, and the developers have offered many ways for you to travel across the massive landscapes. But over the years players have preferred some less conventional methods by air. So today we'll be covering 33 techniques and some variations of them, small and large, to launch and fly across the land of Hyrule, and do a very light explanation for each, with nothing too in-depth.

This Zelda is everything I imagined and more from when I was a 8 year old playing ocarina of time. Hyrule is such an amazing world to explore Nintendo really made a special game

Out of 33 maybe three or four were intended
@@ambidex5383 i feel like the bugs add to the game at this point. Youd rarely ever encounter them in a normal playthrough but adds alot by providing alternative fun ways to play the game.

@@ambidex5383 Not really. You’re just using the physics to your advantage. Heck, the developers even made the physics system as morphs le as possible for the players to use.
It’s much in the vein of immersive sim design. Use the tools given to you in creative ways that the devs may not have even anticipated.
I'm still shocked pikachu face at the ladder towers being destroyed. It's been 4 years!!!

This game is literally the Super Mario 64 of our generation.
I can hardly think of 5 ways to walk in real life. Here we are talking about 33 ways to fly.

@@CooperBarnes_2004 Nintendo announced that they are no longer updating botw. You most likely did something wrong. Like maybe getting the X B + sequence or forgetting to hold sprint before stepping up a ledge

The whole time watching I'm trying to decide which is best for the distance flying test on that one tower
if ur serious learn how to windbomb in air then you can go forever or until you run out of food
BLSS is not too hard to learn, and you can go all the way to the opposite edge of the map with it. I think you can go like 15000 meters.

It was nice to learn about the Talus bounce because that had happened to me recently completely by accident and I had no idea why I got sent flying so far.
I feel like we’ll be finding out new mechanics within this game forever.

Thank you, but unlike most people, Max actually explains the mechanics behind whichever trick he’s showing how to do (usually), and I’m really interested in that. I’ll look at some of the other ones though

Since you asked, I have problems with those basic stasis launches.
There seems to be variations whether you use a tree vertically or horizontally (jump timing on the "6th or 7th fast beep of stasis). Also I have seen runners adjusting their cameras with R/Bow/Scope and then shielding until jumping; a little insight into why it is necessary (or maybe mandatory) would be nice.
Furthermore, rocket launches are quite difficult imo (you rated them 2* :X): The angle of the tree before stasis is a mystery for me. Also, I have almost never been to hang on those freakin trees.

TYSM! ive been playing for ab a month now and finally got my first glitch. i used the one where you use a metal box with stasis :)

I've never managed a wind bomb, (not that I put much time into it) but lately BSS has been my primary way of getting around, the ability to steer and being able to adjust your speed, along with not losing altitude, it makes it (imo) the best way of flying around
What is BSS?
Unfortunately you can't gain any height from it and it's pretty inflexible as you can't pause the game or let go of any buttons or the left joystick meaning no changing armour or eating while doing the BLSS

SJC windbombs are pretty easy. I usually run through Hyrule like that. SBR windbombs are more the style point windbomb in that category as tight as the window is for spawn/detonation but SJC is much easier. So easy you can skip the spin and adjust spawn/detonation both ways. By far the most practical of them all imo.

"No Mr Link, I expect you to fly"
If you perform a collision overload by throwing weapons into water, you can gain bullet time just by jumping and pulling out your bow, if you now create a ice pillar beneath link and then do a stationary shield surf and pull out your bow, you can cryonis launch link.
Wow, I never thought there were this many ways to traverse Hyrule!

Something happened to me once where I was fighting a stone talus and I entered bullet time just as its arm was about to hit me, and when it did, I was sent shooting into the air

Most of these use stasis i find it hard to believe that devs didnt imagine this is what people would do with stasis

Well you could add up drafts. Revalis gale, burning grass, burning chilli or sunshroom, 4 campfires and natural spawning up drafts can also give you height. You can also burn a chilli get on the updraft drop another chilli and set it on fire for a double updraft. You can keep on doing this forever. Pretty useful and handy for flight
Eee, this is most obviousj thing. Programmed in the game. Really wonder if there's someone who doesn't know it exists... As it's even learned in tutorial in the shrine.

I always use the Spider windbomb: it's just the easiest for me.

I still struggle with the vertical windbomb. It feels like it should be wash since I can wind bomb horizontally but somehow I can never catch it.
I've watched so many windbomb videos and yet to successfully perform it...any advice for a beginner to execute a windbomb even after watching the tutorials and failing ?
Jump off something high up and glide directly forward with spere bomb equipped place it then tap zr if you hold it and start aiming you've messed up then you should be in bullet time then equip cube bombs wait a second then place it switch to sphere bomb wait until the cube would hit link in the back its easier if you move the camera then detonate sphere bomb most of the time this will work

if u put a box on the ground then put a metal stick on the box in the middle then get on and drop a bolder u will go flying

You wanna do a front hop onto a tree stump and place a square bomb as you do it, backflip off of the tree and quickly place the circle bomb and enter bullet time, detonate the square bomb for a vertical windbomb.

The Ishto Soh Shrine: Bravery’s Grasp located in the Oseira Plains, or just east of Mount Granajh. It’s where that lady who tries to cook who ends up failing over and over

5:36 seems like the best glitch for low skill players who hate climbing. That's the main thing that annoyed me, and some day when I go back to BOTW, I might use this glitch.

There’s also the X button, it glitched you into a gliding motion lol
