Life of a Lay Yogi | Richard Josephson Q&A

In this session, Ajahn Kovilo interviews the lay yogi, Richard Josephson discussing life in robes, life out of robes, and life in between.
Richard was born in 1946, and began meditation as a young teen. Richard had the good fortune of being a fully ordained bhikshu during ten of those years, under the guidance of Master Hsuan Hua, head of the Chan School of Buddhism and founder of the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas. Richard also received lifelong instructions from His Holiness Trulshik Rinpoche, head of the Nyingmapa lineage of Tibetan Buddhism until his passing. Richard als raised a family in Nepal and has three children.
