Today you join me as we take on a local race to me which is the Aldridge 10K, hosted annually by Aldridge Running Club.
A tough 10K however the amazing atmosphere always brings me back here!

Hi, I've just come across your channel :) Looks like a nice local course, although a hill at the end and then the grass must make any attempt at a sprint finish pretty hard! 36:19 is a brilliant time and just outside the podium, congrats!
