what in the name of... Why are you using a half wave rectifier!? you need a full bridge rectifier and a capacitor in parallel to smoothen the DC voltage/current. Otherwise you may end up killing the battery

muchas fallas provoca así con esa conexión. Tiene usted una bat. de 6 volt. Con trafo de 12 volt. ESTA USTED ROMPIENDO LAS CELDAS DE LA BAT. En 2º lugar usted esta trabajando con 1/4 de onda con un diodo que soporta 3 amp. (Vea catalogo.) Cuando usted carga nada regula la intensidad de corriente. Y esta en 30 minutos comienza a hervir y tira el ácido.(Si no lo hace esta muerta o la mato) Tenga en cuenta que esa forma de conexión de 1/4 de onda la punta del diodo + se vuelve negativa y lo que es negativo es el positivo. CUANDO USTED CONECTA LA BAT. SE INVIERTE LA POLARIDAD. No discuta" conecte su circuito a otra bat. que jamas la aya conectado de esa forma y ponga un tester analógico...NO DIGITAL. La AGUJA ACUSARA CONEXIÓN AL REVÉS.Por lo que el trafo calentara rápidamente. Aunque dando vuelta la forma de conexión según tester? Al ser 1/4 de onda calentara igual el trafo y paulatinamente ira teniendo olor a quemado por el régimen de trabajo. EL CUAL NO ESTA MAL? SERIA LO IDEAL porque una bat. con ciclos positivos continuos no carga como es debido ¿Así?...conectado con un solo diodo la carga es efectiva sin fracasos y de mucho rendimiento , ya que la batería carga por pulsos o golpe de corriente . La bat. que recibe continua pura no carga en plenitud sus celdas. Y lo felicito es el primero que no le pone filtro electrolítico para cargar una bat. de ese tipo o del automotor. SALUDOS
