Shun Chef Knife Repair & Sharpening on Work Sharp

This is the follow up video of a SHORT I posted a a week or so ago of the repair and sharpening of a garage sale find Shun Chef knife. The knife had a ragged edge and a broken and bent tip. I think I did a pretty good job of getting this blade revived and ready to use again. I used the Work Sharp Ken Onion Elite Sharpener for the entire process. Sadly, I’m not very good at producing these videos for educational purposes. If I had more time, I would do it properly. There’s a lot of good videos on TH-cam to learn to repair and Sharpen that are better than mine.
