Love when docs come out pro-GLP-1s! Especially a Bariatric Surgeon. I started with Fen-Phen (1995), RNY Gastric Bypass (2001), and now on GLP-1s...Trulicity first, then Mounjaro, compounded tirzepatide, now Ozempic because of insurance. My Type 2 Diabetes went from 9.0 two and a half years ago to now 5.1. I am a super responder to these medications and have gone from 405 lbs. to 150 lbs. in those 2.5 years. I am 5'1" and my starting BMI was 76.5. Today, it is 28.3. I went from bedridden for a decade and using mobility devices for 30+ years (I am 63) to now walking 3.5+ miles at a time and up to 4.5 miles a day so far. I do weights and bands 3x a week and LOVE it! I have lost 25 lbs. of muscle, but that's average, and I am working hard to save what I have. (Protein! Protein! Protein!) I did not start moving my body more than lifting it and learning to walk without aid, but still couldn't until I lost many pounds. I started walking a few feet and then more and more. And more still as I lost weight and got healthier. If I had heard I had to walk 10,000 steps a day, I would have been despondent. People need to start where they are, not be sad they aren't someone they are not or cannot be. Yet. My Endocrinologist, Nephrologist, Hepatologist, Cardiologist, Hematologist-Oncologist, Psychiatrist, and PCP are _thrilled_ because my labs are flippin' incredible!!! I am also off 7 medications, including 2 insulins. Living with Biplolar Disorder 1, I have had nothing negative happen at all. I've also been blessed with no side effects besides constipation which I take care of with fiber and magnesium. I am overflowing with joy and don't look "sick" at all. I do have a *whole* lot of dangling skin but I don't really care. I earned it! No idea if I will ever get it taken off or not. I will _NEVER_ go off these medications or one of their children or grandchildren. GLP-1s have not only saved my life, but gave me one.
Hi Dear , I visited your TH-cam channel. Really nice video. I like it.But your video SEO score is very low, Tags, descriptions, and titles are not perfect
That is so funny. Every time I went to say it I wanted to say Antagonist! Hopefully I got it right after learning more from Dr. Snyder. I need to check the syncing issue. thank you for letting me know.

It’s agonist, not “antagonist” as you state. And your audio synching is off.
