Fantastic Sanjeev Ji. I have a small request. Could you also introduce us to all Birayani-like dishes from across the world. Like Kabsa in Saudi Arabia. Polow in Uzbekistan. Biryani is my most favourite food. Thank you so much for taking us through this wonderful journey. I personally feel Kolkata biryani is the tastiest and most flavourful, because of the rich variety of spices used and, of course, the potato. And one more thing, please don't show us veg biryani or fish biryani, because they sound somewhat like egg-less omelette.

MY favourite is Lucknowi biryani.
Biriyani is one of the unique dish that has been passed down throught the silk road where merchants traded for 1000 of years from Iran through countries like Afghan , Kyrgyzstan pakistan , southern Russia and also the xinxing province of China where the Muslim Chinese stay !
If we watch food documentry of all these places they all have biriyanis including china where it is called pollo also where indians call it pulav ! Kyrgz call it polova !
