You are clueless about Turkey 🇹🇷 cuisine. Lucknowi cuisine didn't ressemble that much to Turkish cuisine (outside of some kebabs, etc.). Lucknowi cuisine, by its cooking methods, ingredients, spices, etc. is clearly a persianised but INDIAN cuisine. Persianised and Non-Veg (not uniquely and always) but still very Indian. Turkish cuisine is too much Mediterranean/Levantine in its style, notably on its Western Side (Constantinople, Smyrna, etc.). Only the eastern parts of the country are more influenced by Caucasus or Middle-Eastern/Persian cookery. But they don't eat as spicy as Lucknowi (which are among the least in India it's true, but still high at international level). According to you, Lucknowi people drinked well angoor sharab and eaten a lot angoor ka patta. With feta like cheese as aperitives.

False Nawab. All real Nawabs of Lucknow, relocated to Bengal. That is why you get real Nawabi/ Mughalai food in Kolkatta and no where else.
