It wouldn't be frames per second. If you have the ability to change your shutter speed to something greater than 1/60 (faster I should say - 1/80 or 1/160 etc), that should diminish the banding. Of course then you would have to open up your aperture (smaller F stop) or up the ISO if it becomes too dark when making the shutter speed faster if you have that ability on your camera.

I just wanted to complement the video first and the non- traditional approach to your light layout. I was actually playing with a similar concept but with those folding LED panel bulbs to supplement the 4 ft banks of lights as that’s what I already have in place; they are great for intense point lighting, but they are not ideal for stopping shadows.. they ARE perfect for finishing when casting shadows highlights imperfections however.

Thanks for the video, I'm getting ready to do my new garage it's 30x40 with 10 foot walls and open trusses like yours, I don't plan on videoing but I can't help but wonder if all your lights are powered off the same 110 leg from the breaker box? All LEDs are DC so your ac voltage has to be converted transformer/driver, back to the breaker, maybe half L1 and the other L2 maybe stop the roll? Great video that gray paint on the walls and floor really helps the open ceiling hurts the reflective light

LightDot - 4ft @ 50W x 8 units = 400W. 8ft @ 100W x 6 units = 600W. Total 1000W / 120V = 8.3A.
Barrina - 4ft @ 20W x 16 units = 320W. 8ft @ 45W x 10 units = 450W. Total 770W / 120V = 6.42A
